Q: Does each sheet have the ability to be torn in half "again" to make two small square-shaped pieces?
A: No it does not. And while they work fine in quality, the triple rolls are so large they do not work well in my upright dispenser. The roll does not “roll” at all

submitted byasket - 2 months agoA: Yes, it's pretty easy to tear in half "again" -- I do this all the time -- but it's not perforated for you to do so. But in terms of going with the grain, it's a pretty clean tear.

Q: Are these similar to viva or bounty?
A: It states "Compare to Bounty" on the front of the package.

Q: Are these double rolls, triple rolls, single rolls????????????
A: Triple. I came looking for this too and was difficult to find - the last image shows the packaging was updated where the old label indicates Triple. Weird they are not saying that anymore it seems very valuable.

Q: In response to a Q&A: How on earth are these NOT recommended for microwave use? Is there some mysterious ingredient in them that makes them unsafe? Health hazard? Craziest thing I've ever heard!
A: Most plain white paper towels are OK, but avoid ones with dyes. Ones made of post-consumer recycled material may contain tiny bits of metal, also an issue. The leaching chemicals thing is a myth.
submitted bySteven D - 11 months agoA: The old school style of using paper towels to cover food in the microwave should never be used. This goes for any paper towels! We now know that the chemicals from the towels will leach into the food.

Q: Is 150 sheets a double or triple roll?

We do not designate up&up™ Make-A-Size Paper Towels as a double or triple roll but at 150 sheets, it has more sheets than what is found on the triple rolls of National Brands. Q: Are these environmentally responsible, aka recycled and chlorine bleach-free, as the biproducts can cause cancer? So disappointed the Ever Spring paper towels are no longer available!

The industry accepted definition of Elemental Chlorine Free means the pulp bleaching or whitening process does not use elemental chlorine, but it may use chlorine derivatives, such as chlorine dioxide.
