Guests are saying
This product is a mixed bag for guests, offering both entertainment and educational value but falling short in terms of ease of assembly and durability. While some guests appreciate the engaging marble run and the educational aspect, many find the instructions confusing and the structure unstable. It seems best suited for older children or those with adult supervision.

Returning it! Bought it today for a gift for my son and after homework we open it and see that it’s been opened and marbles are loose . What a waste of in store time .

Not Impressed
This item was a great idea. It just lacks quality product and is incredibly limited. Several items have broken within the first several uses. Not satisfied with this product, I do not recommend.

Fun for hours!
A little difficult for a 3yo (almost 4) to put together by himself, but after Auntie helped, it was fun for hours!!

Dont buy this
What these people are thinking is beyond me. The elevator is the worst toy I’ve had to set up in a long time, and I just set up a dollhouse that’s as tall as an adult. The chain is completely unassembled and the pieces that you need to snap on to carry the marble are horrendous to get on. This product needs to be completely discontinued in favor of a manufacturer that has a brain.

Patents hate, kids love
Us parents spent 10 minutes assembling the chain link by link while the kids were causing total chaos knocking over the run and scattering marbles throughout the house. Then we discovered the motor wouldn't run... Turns out the barrel jack in the motor unit was only soldered to the red wire, with the white wire just hanging out 😡 Next day the adults rebuilt the marble run, and the kids had an absolute blast with it for 3 minutes... until the elevator fell apart because it's unstable. As other reviewers said the elevator chain is either loose and jams, or right and causes the tower to buckle and collapse. We put it back together, kids had a blast for another minute. Buckle, collapse, rebuild, bliss, repeat. Oh, and it's not just the elevator tower that falls apart. The whole thing is an exercise in precariousness. The slightest bump and various parts of the marble run wobble and fall apart It would defeat the purpose of a modular kit, but I'm seriously thinking of gluing the thing together. WHEN it runs, it's a thing of beauty Absolutely get a marble run, just not this one!

The assembled structure is pretty weak and falls apart easily. The chain is a royal pain in the rear. Building the chain wasn’t hard but getting it sized right is a pain. Too tight and the structure begins to bend. Too loose and the chain gets caught up and stops. Overall this is a disappointing product I purchased.

I had one made by Discovery Toys as a kid. We saw this in target and got this for our son for Christmas. It is very poorly made. The pieces don't fit together well so it's harder to get the different parts all at the same level. The battery compartment is not designed well, it has a clip that is hard to open and a screw. It turns out Discovery Toys still makes marble works. It's more expensive, but a better use of your money to order that. This one is going in the garbage. This was a waste of money.

NO
I wish I could light this thing on fire and throw it into the abyss If you look at it wrong it falls apart! It cannot and will not stay together. Not to mention building the chain for this was horrible.

Fantastic, parent needs to help
Fantastic for my 5 and 3 year old. An adult definitely needs to help and use some ingenuity, but it holds together well when built correctly. Several different options for putting together, the elevator has been a big hit for my kiddos. I will definitely be buying more to make bigger marble runs!

Terribly frustrating
Assembly is an absolute nightmare. The marbles don’t even stay in the run when assembled as pictured. The fact that this is marketed as a toy for ages 4+ is a joke. My 4 year old watched as I assembled it (while saying a few choice words). If he didn’t absolutely love the idea of this toy I would have returned it the second I found out I had to build the “elevator” chain link by link. Stick to the simpler marble runs or wait until your kid can build it them selves.

DO NOT BUY
I would give zero if I could. The concept is great but not only is it ridiculous to put together it falls apart the second you touch it. It is unstable and not realistic for 4yr old. DO NOT BUY

Magnet tiles marble run is better IMHO
Picture shows more than what is included, there are no green connecting pieces. 15 pieces are the marbles. So really just 55 connections. 4+ age rating but the marbles are about the size of dime, so easily lost.

The other reviews were absolutely correct. It was extremely challenging to put together. We spent over an hour assembling it just for the kids to play with it once and accidentally knock it over after only 30 sec of play. We spent another hour reassembling it just for it to not stay together again. The elevator is not useful because you have to manually put the marbles in again. This toy is not practical and I do not recommend it for children.

Bad wiring or motor!
The assembly was easy enough for me as an adult. The box says 4+ no 4 year old is going to be building this thing. I don't know what the other adults in the reviews are talking about with their difficulty. The company needs better quality assurance for that motor and wiring though, mine wouldn't turn on at all with fresh batteries.
