Swap your SIM: Punch out the right-sized SIM card & insert it into your device. Check your phone's manual to ensure you are using the correct size SIM. You can use the provided SIM ejector tool to pop-out the SIM tray on your device.

Q: I am already a mint mobile customer. My plan is up for renewal in 5 days. Is this item only for new customers or can I use it for a plan renewal?
A: Hey Alex, thanks for reaching out. If you purchase this SIM kit, you will receive a new phone number. If you'd like to keep your phone number and extend your plan, just visit our website or log in to your account via our mobile app.

Q: is this one sim card that i can use for 12 months ??? or is it 4 -- 90 day sim cards -- do i have to renew every 3 months ?? the picture in th ad shows 3 months of unlimited calls and texts

Q: How do you access the 12 months included after the intial trial? Is the 12 month thing like a code or gift card that comes with the sim purchase hence the price?
