Unreliable
Worked 3 times then the milk frother stopped working on the 4th... hoping that this was a fluke. Company is getting us a replacement but I'm concerned if this is their standards for quality control. Attached pic shows it "frothing" - it's just warm liquid. If my replacement unit is better, I'll update my review. Super disappointed.

Great- Hot!! Cappuccino and Latte
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit it is going to take me a minute to get used to using this machine after using a one-touch machine for so long the difference is this one has several different functions and buttons that I have to get used to. I was a bit confused at first, but I love that I can use either one or double shots for espresso. I have to learn to master this machine because, on the first try, only a little bit came out. I have tried a few other latte makers and returned them because of the difficulty in using them. This machine seems a bit easier to use it seems well made although I am a bit worried about the plastic part hoping it will not crack or break. This machine is compact enough that it will not take up a lot of space on your countertop because it does not up much space. The reservoir for the water is large enough that you don’t have to keep filling it and can make more than just one cup of coffee. This machine comes with two size options for espresso shots one or double shots. I also love how you can either choose automatic settings or make your own. I also love that you can create cappuccinos and single or double-shot lattes which many machines do not let you do. I love my new machine and recommend you give this a try.

I love the way this machine looks and it has a led screen with different options and also an option to clean after use. I like that the milk container can be stored inside the fridge after use and you can use multiple sized cups. I’m going to be saving a ton of money by making and drinking my lattes at home. As a huge coffee fan that loves my coffee many ways, I’m so in love with this!

The one-touch drink selection let’s you choose from espresso, latte or cappuccino . I absolutely love the convenience of having these three options in one machine and it is saving me a lot of money at those coffee stands ! It has a dose and froth system for both dairy and non-dairy milks and a 19-bar Italian pump for optimal flavor extraction. Improved milk tank includes milk level indicators for 1, 2 or 3 lattes/cappuccinos and a lid for storage in the fridge . ESE pod compatible to take the guess work out of grounds dosage and tamping while avoiding messes ! Super convenient. It has a drip tray fits small espresso cups and large travel mugs . You can set it on easy clean cycle: steam cleans milk frother, without emptying reservoir. I love the fact this does not take up that much space on my counter, and also is very fancy looking .

The milk container detaches easily so you can store in the fridge if you want. The adjustable tray is great so you can easily fill different sized cups and mugs. The button settings are great and easy to select different sizes, types, froth, etc. The fact you can use pods or grounds makes this very versatile for all users, drinkers, and occasions. You literally just need to press a button to initiate the steaming, frothy milk, followed by the espresso.
