I have been taking Nature Made Super B-Complex with C for a few months now, which is deeply unfortunate—and honestly, "unfortunately" is a massive understatement. If you ever wanted to know what it feels like to secretly decompose from the inside out, this is your chance. Let’s be clear: these pills smell like straight-up feces. If the stink only happened when opening the bottle, I could deal with it. I’d just step outside to take my dose or do it in the bathroom. But no. After a few days, your body absorbs enough of this supplement to fully marinate in it. You become the smell. I don't even sweat, but it doesn't matter. I can take four showers a day, scrub until my skin is raw, and I still radiate a gentle aroma of a public restroom. As for the actual health benefits? Absolutely zero visible results. Harmful additives
Steer clear of titanium doxide & polyethylene glycol in your supplements. The FDA will tell you a little bit won't hurt you BUT when it's in the majority of supplements & processed food it will hurt you.
