Ninja Luxe Café Premier Series 3-in-1 Espresso, Coffee and Cold Brew Machine

I love this machine for my coffee needs. Makes great coffee too.

I like to rate things after I’ve owned them a while because how much do you really know about a product after 2 weeks? We’ve owned this machine for about 15 months. We bought this as a family who had never had an espresso machine before, so we wanted an all-in-one that could grind beans, froth milk, make espresso, AND make a regular cup of coffee if we wanted. I really agonized over what to choose and looked at dozens of machines. At its price point, the Ninja seemed too good to be true and there were so many influencers giving positive reviews I didn’t really trust it. However, this machine has been a solid worker for our family and I don’t know how we lived without it. Pros: The sheer amount of things it can do. It pulls a really decent shot of espresso but also makes a good cup of coffee. My teen daughters use it just to froth milk that they add to their matchas or chai teas. The versatility is amazing. Some have complained about noise, and I agree the milk-steaming feature is an ear-piercer, but we almost never steam milk and for grinding and frothing it’s fine. I can use it in the morning and it doesn’t wake anybody up. Customer service - our frothing feature stopped working after a few months (more on that below), and I found their customer service easy to contact and extremely helpful. They ended up sending us a whole new machine right away. Easy to use - like I said, we had not owned an espresso machine before, and all 5 members of the family picked up on how to use it in no time. Cons: After a few months when we went to try and froth milk, the feature would start to kick on and then it would say the jug wasn’t installed and stop. Looking at online threads I found if something has spilled on the tray where the jug sits, there’s a small gap between the tray and the metal sensor that alerts the machine the jug is installed. So if liquid gets down there it often malfunctions. Definitely a design flaw. I hopped on a zoom call with customer service, they watched the error happen, then they had me cut the cord on the call and sent me a brand new machine. Sad to be without my machine for a week, but I was definitely impressed with how quickly and efficiently everything was dealt with. In summary, we love this thing! No regrets.

There's always water on my counter. The water gauge wont even be up to orange and my counter will have water on it.

Amazing coffee machine! I can say that this is by far my favourite all time coffee machine! The way this machine does coffee is like a professional barista! I would recommend it to everyone! I cannot explain how happy I am to own one! Would recommend it to any friends or family without a single doubt!

Purchased this just over a month ago! I LOVE IT! Has great features and makes great coffee, the one thing I wish was different is the funnel it’s lightweight, wish it was stainless. But other than that this machine is great! I’m sure it will pay for itself in a few months because I haven’t purchased coffee but once since I got it!! This is definitely a Coffee Lovers Dream Machine!

I just purchased this espresso machine a couple of weeks ago. I am in love! I have made cold brew, espresso, iced lattes and everything turns out fabulous. The cold foam is amazing! It’s user-friendly, easy to clean and relatively quiet. I highly recommend it!

It does not work as well as it states, the frother barely makes froth it more like hot milk with very little froth. I am not pleased with this product especially for the amount paid.

Great product. It’s been 2 weeks and after I overcame my initial fears and decided to actually READ the directions, it so simple to use.

This was a wedding gift for my husband and he loves it! Easy to use and provides him a variety of choices for his morning pick-me-up.

The Ninja Lux Café Machine does a good job overall — it’s versatile, the Assist Barista function works well, and it makes solid coffee. But honestly, it’s frustrating that such an otherwise good machine has some really wasteful design flaws. First, it goes through way too much water. It feels like every time I use it, a good amount is wasted for no real reason. Second, after every single grind, there are coffee grounds left sitting in the grinder exit. Not only is that wasteful, but if you’re switching between different beans or grind sizes, it causes a mix of fine and coarse grounds, which completely ruins the consistency. Honestly, I'm considering return it because of these. t’s a shame, because if Ninja fixed the grinder and water use, this would easily be a 5-star product. For now, I’m leaving it at 4 stars, but it’s with some real frustration

Super loud! Waste so much water trays are cheaply made. Doesn’t pull an accurate shot I called customer service about this 40ml is within their idea of a shot. SMH My froth is starting to make a loud noise it just called customer service and they aren’t the best of help for this 1 year warranty

Easy to make awesome beverages!

I love the coffee it makes but the water indicator on the tray doesn't work until the machine is already leaking water all over the countertop. I tried reaching out to get a new tray and they make it hard to actually contact someone to get help - just offer a 60 day warranty. This is a design flaw I wish I knew about before I bought it.

This machine is phenomenal. We LOVE IT. Having just returned from Sicily, we needed to have something better than a Mocha expresso maker. I investigated the Breville machine, of course because it is supposed to be the machine by which all others are measured, I thought. My son has a Brevelle machine and a number of Ninja products. He said that the Ninja products are of excellent quality. I decided to buy the Ninja Cafe Luxe for two main reasons: 1. It's a Ninja, so the quality is without question, 2. it actually grinds the beans and delivers a precise weight using a balance for each cup. The barista technology creates the perfect drink each and every time. The automatic foamer feature with automatic flushing is a super great plus. This machine has thought of everything. It is well worth the money.

This machine makes amazing coffee! We were long time pod customers but due to the constant increase in price, I had to find something else. I do have a few complaints of the machine, but regardless, it does make great coffee. Pros: Great coffee Makes cold and hot coffee Isn’t super clunky and large like other machines Cons: It wastes a lot of water It wastes a lot of coffee beans (biggest irk) It’s insane how much ground coffee is dumped daily Super messy, coffee splashes everywhere and I have to constantly clean it Where the water is being wasted too needs to be dumped almost every other day The price is a bit steep in my opinion Take my review for what you will, would I buy it again? Maybe, but also I hope they can fix the issues it has.

I was nervous to go this big and I wasn't sure about it. I am so in love with this machine. It is perfect for me as a newbie espresso maker. I have loved experimenting with all of the different ways to make espresso or just a regular cup of joe.

The milk foamer / brother keeps throwing an error. Otherwise, I like the design and thoughtfulness put onto the design

So far I absolutely love this machine. It makes my mornings smoother and I look forward to using it everyday!
