A: Keeps happening to me too. We had a different Ninja and it happened with that one too. We’ve tried different grounds and filters - still happens.

A: We're required by law in the State of California to include the Prop 65 Warning. We include the warning in abundance of caution and to comply with this California warning mandate. The mere presence of even one of over 900 chemicals requires this warning. Where it's not feasible to test for every single chemical, we're including the label with all of our products. Q: Does anyone else have the issues of it spraying everywhere when trying the K-Cup function? It works well for water but when we place a K-Cup in there it just creates a huge mess.

A: It will do that if you use the soft, recycleable pods like I tried initially. It will work as it should if you switch to the "regualr" all plastic ones.

A: This unit has an OVER ICE BREW setting. The steps to make iced coffee are: 1. Fill your desired vessel to the top with ice cubes and place the vessel below the brew basket. Use the Multi-Serve dial to select the brew size. 2. Press the BREW STYLE button to choose Over Ice Brew. 3. Press the START BREW button on the dial to start the brew. To cancel the brew at any time, press the START BREW button on the dial again or press the Power button. 4. The brewer will beep to signal that the brew has started. The progress bar around the dial will illuminate to indicate the status of the brew. When the brew is finished, the machine will beep again, and "End" will appear on the display.

Worst purchase
I bought this not even 12 months ago and I am on my second one. Had to deal with return and get a refurbished replacement and it is still not functioning properly. Digital always malfunctions . Can’t get a full cup of coffee Worst peace of a coffee marker i have ever purchased. Accessories are nice and that is all about it

I bought my Ninja® DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System about 3 years ago and this system takes your coffee making to the next level. Not only can you do a pot of coffee but you can do single cups. It uses a completely separate water route in case you just want hot water or to make a cup of tea. There for your water never crosses paths with the same lines of water that pump out your coffee.

Unable to purchase a replacement reservoirs
The machine is fantastic, best coffee maker we have had, and we have tried many. My only issue is that the reservoir that came with our machine must have been a defect as it cracked and crumbled on the corner. My husband temporarily fixed it, but we have not been able to find a replacement.

Dont waste your money
Return window expired - haven’t even been using it for five months and giving up. If you use k-cups primarily do not buy this. I cannot tell you how much money we’ve wasted assuming it was the kcups and trying different brands to see if it fixed the issue. The kcups explode every use. We’ve tried everything - cleaned it out, followed all instructions and it doesn’t do anything.

Will melt your counter and cause a fire.
I’ve had this coffee pot for a year now. Started having issues with it leaking out the full carafe of water on my counter. Then today I go to move it to clean under it and noticed it had burned and melted my counter. Thank god I saw it when I did. The counter was still hot.

One of the best coffee machines we’ve had. K-Cups, single brewed cups or full pots, the Ninja makes an excellent rich tasting coffee that rivals elite coffee boutiques. And a separate hot water system keeps tea, cereals, etc tasting great.

Love all the options!
I have had this coffee system for over a year now, and I haven't had any issues with it. I've really enjoyed having the option for a pod or brew a whole pot. I love the different options like cold coffee or hot, and I've definitely enjoyed the frother. I also love having the option for just hot water and it doesnt come out of the same spout as the coffee. It's been a great coffee maker to have!

Love this machine!
I've had the Ninja DualBrew for a couple of years now, and love the versatility of it! It makes the perfect cup every time, it's low maintenance and very easy to clean. If you follow the instructions you won't have any splashing. I've never had that happen to me, and reading some of the comments it sounds like something isn't attached properly.

I bought this coffee maker after shopping around and trying just about every big brand. I have to say there will never be the perfect one and done coffee maker for everyone, but this thing does it's job. I've read a lot of reviews about grinds in the coffee, spraying hot water. I've even tried to replicate what others have gone through just to find a reason to get rid of it. It passes every test. It's easy to clean and can brew a decent cup of coffee or a carafe in a small amount of time, I would have prefered a larger water resevoir but that's the most I have to complain about it. Ive now had it over a year and cleaned it several times and have no issues. I like the thing and it saves me time and effort. The k cup option words perfectly, i've never had grounds in my coffee, maybe people don't read instructions... idk.

This is my second one same exactly problem, this one was faster, not even 6 months and I clean this machine with their own product and after 1 / 2 brew the cycle didn’t even finish and ask to do the cleaning cycle! Exhausting!

Easy to clean
Finally, a coffee maker designed with cleaning in mind! Not only am I appreciating the versitility of pods or pods in a compact format, but the grounds basket, pod holder, and coffee pot are all so easy to keep clean. Loe the pot - lid screws on and so doesn't flop or drip when pouring. Loved it so much I sent one to my cousin.

Our old Ninja coffee maker died after 2 years (fyi) and when it died we tried three other brands before coming back to ninja. The features and quality are unmatched...even if it will only last me two years. Worth it.
