Needs a less slick surface on power pod section
The power pod is heavy and hard to hold on to because the grip area is too slick. I’m going to buy some safety grip tape or HTV silicone pads before I use it because It’ll give me a firm grip. The gunmetal grey looks good but it is too slippery!

What a little ripper!
I use this powerful chopper a lot! It stays on my countertop. Quick salsas, nuts, guacamole, biscuit crumbs, bread crumbs, dressings, garlic! I love that the blade reaches the very bottom so no need to stop and scrape it down. One easy push down on the top to activate or pulse. Affordable and very useful! Great gift for a kitchen tea!

This is so awful that I got a unit. It was used and I can tell because the blade look like it had either rust or food on it. I can’t believe that the items being sold and they make it look like it’s new.

I bought this on December 2025. It is making loud cracking sound now. The blades hit the side of the container, that I am afraid that it will cut through the plastic container. I only use it for making a cup of salsa. It stops in the middle of simple use, like parsley or cilantro. I can't even ask for replacement. See the crack on the container.
