A: I use a small paper filter as it’s easier to clean and have had no issue with it and have had it for around 9 months now. I just bought the small single serve filters off Amazon

A: Manual says not to, but it works fine with the #2 coffee filter. You will have to use it with the permanent filter to recognize it.

A: Yes !! Never ever put coffee grounds down your sink drain , it will cost you a HUGE plumbing bill !

A: This system isn't compatible with paper filters.

A: Why does the video for specialty say you can use espresso grounds if you can't make espresso?

A: It can’t but there’s a “specialty” setting that you can use to make a concentrated 4oz coffee similar to espresso. It’s similar to moka pot coffee if you’ve had it.

A: This does not have an espresso setting.

A: Although there is no exact temperature we can provide, we confirm that its coffee is as hot as any other specialty's coffee made from other coffee makers in the market.

A: I've always knocked out old grounds in compost bucket or trash, NEVER sink. * Then blast with sprayer (filter up side down) before stains set in. Easy Peasy! 😄

A: Yes, it is very easy to clean.

A: Most K-Cup pods are compatible with this unit. For best results, we recommend using Keurig® branded pods.

A: You can purchase single-serve pods of tea and use the Ninja Pod Adapter to brew.

A: The Integrated Frother does not heat milk; however, it transforms hot or cold milk or milk alternatives into silky, smooth froth. It is removable for easy cleaning.

A: The Ninja Single-Serve Pods & Grounds Specialty Coffee Maker accepts only K-Cup-style pods, it isn’t compatible with Nespresso Original or Vertuo capsules. For the most reliable brew performance, we recommend using Keurig-branded pods.

A: For everyday care, simply lift the water reservoir straight off the unit, wash it by hand with warm water and a mild dish soap, rinse thoroughly to remove any suds, then air-dry or towel-dry before reinstalling. The reservoir is also top-rack dishwasher safe if you prefer that option. After any deep-clean or descaling cycle, it’s a good idea to run a water-only brew to flush out any residual taste.
