Q: I don’t see an age specification for this product. Is it safe for children or just for adults?

  • A: All Nuun branded products do not contain any nutrients that cannot be consumed by children, and the refreshing taste and sodium may encourage them to drink more water. However, daily requirements for children differ to what’s recommended for adults. Some of our products contain small amounts of caffeine (up to 40 mg per serving for sport and 80 mg per serving for Energy), and these products when consumed in greater quantities may not be suitable for children. We suggest consulting with your child’s physician prior to use.

    Amazing alternative to that G-aid yuck!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in desperate need of a hydration solution, other than water and G-aid which I hate! On a whim, I ordered NUUN and it has been a game changer for me. I am an equestrian and riding in 90+ degrees had me nearly passing out on the horse! Once I began drinking NUUN in the hour or two before riding and while lessoning, I no longer get dehydrated and woozy! 🥴 It’s getting me through the summer show season and the summer in general! NUUN will be in my suitcase to Japan in August, and boy will I need it there!!

    Nuun sport is solid

    I've been using Nuun sport for years. They have great flavor options and the flavors are not too intense. They refresh and replenish electrolytes after a hard workout.

    Best All Around Electrolyte

    I've been using these tablets for years, favorite flavor is lemon lime. I use them during workouts but I also work at the beach in the very hot humid summer months and always throw a tablet into my water can to keep me feeling great instead of dizzy/light headed!

    Good but sticky

    They will stick together and you cant get out of tube. Very aggravating. Better to go with sachels. I switched to element for this reason alone.

    Great hydration for Hikers

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go to for quick replenishment of electrolytes when I am doing high altitude hiking. It’s so easy to use and firs easily into a plastic water bottle when I break the tablet in half. The tube isn’t heavy at all and takes up very little room in my backpack. My favorite flavor is Peach.

    Lifesaver!
