Q: I don’t see an age specification for this product. Is it safe for children or just for adults?

  • A: All Nuun branded products do not contain any nutrients that cannot be consumed by children, and the refreshing taste and sodium may encourage them to drink more water. However, daily requirements for children differ to what’s recommended for adults. Some of our products contain small amounts of caffeine (up to 40 mg per serving for sport and 80 mg per serving for Energy), and these products when consumed in greater quantities may not be suitable for children. We suggest consulting with your child’s physician prior to use.

    Love this, wish tablets had a scoring line

    These have been a godsend when I’ve had low blood pressure and have been too dizzy to get out of bed. I usually feel well enough to stand within a few minutes. I’d love if the tablets had a scoring line so I could snap them in half, I’ve been using a kitchen knife to cut them in half to get the right amount for a glass of water, which isn’t terribly safe.

    Excellent flavor!!

    The flavor is so delicious that even my teenage daughter who refuses to drink water loves these and even asks me for more! I use these during marathon training and strength training!! My daughter uses them for all of her soccer games, and practices!!

    I’ve used Nuun for years - it’s my drink!

    Perfect Balance

    Good and Good For You!!

I'm 75 yrs old and not only do I drink it when I'm cycling but I also drink it during the day. My cardiologist recommended a drink other than Nuun. We discovered Nuun to be higher in the recommended nutrients.

    Can’t Break a tablet to put into a water bottle

    Nuun tablets used to be breakable so you could break it in half to put into a water bottle. Now they seem to be hard as a rock. When I cut one with the scissors, they break apart and make a mess. Please go back to having the breakable line on each tablet

    Nuun Sport

    My favorite!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my favorite for years. I keep trying different flavors but always come back to this one. It's an easy way to get all of the hydration I need because it's extremely palatable. I can down a quart of this no problem. I don't really notice a difference in energy levels between this and the non-caffeinated tablets, but, I do think that the fact that I drink so much of this probably does contribute to having more energy since it keeps me hydrated.

    Assorted flavors.

Even though I really love watermelon flavor in general, I found both Watermelon Burst and Watermelon to be bland. I did really enjoy the Kona Cola and, surprisingly, both Blueberry flavors (Blueberry Tangerine and Blue Pomegranate). I received Wildberry free, and I would buy it again for variety. For, now, though, Cherry Limeade remains my favorite.

    It's HOT 🥵

    I am so glad I ordered this product when I did! We are living under an Extreme Heat Warning for at least 6 days and I love to get outside in the early morning for walks or biking 🚴. I really like the lemon lime flavor Nuun to add to my water bottle for extra duty hydration.

    Love berry and lemon lime!

    First time trying watermelon and it’s just too sweet for my liking, but other flavors in the variety pack went over well! Living in the desert and altitude and running at 10k feet means Nuun is pretty much a daily routine.
