I don't know what it was about my old shampoo brands, but my hair stopped curling in annoying ways once I switched to this. Now I feel like my hair is just weighty enough to be styled how I want, and to prevent flyaways/cowlicks. My hair also gets oily fast, but I can now go an extra day without a wash and it doesn't feel or look gross. Consider me a lifelong fan :)

I have wavy type 2b somewhat fine/low porosity hair and generally an oily scalp. this shampoo would work better as a clarifying shampoo and not everyday. it makes my scalp dry and flaky which no shampoo has ever done before. this also might work in the summer but definitely not the colder months.

Product never arrived
I wish I could rate this higher, I bought the product from Target and absolutely love it, so I decided to buy it straight from the website. Unfortunately, it never arrived. I've reached out to Odele customer service three separate times over the course of a month, but haven't heard anything back. I'm incredibly disappointed because I love the product, but the customer service has been severely lacking.

I like this shampoo for my fine hair, but it leaves a layer of build up in my scalp! I thought it was my water in my house so I put a filter in my shower head. Did not change the layer of build up that was looking like dandruff! I switched to a different shampoo by Attitude, and the flakes were instantly gone! I wanted to like this Odele shampoo, but it leaves too much build up

All Odele products are free from SLES + SLS sulfates, and as a result, our shampoos may not lather as much (or in the same way) as you are used to. That being said, all our shampoos (except for our Curl Defining No-Lather Shampoo) have a luxurious lather when used correctly. For the best results, we recommend rubbing the shampoo in your hands, adding water until you get a nice lather, then applying it to sopping wet hair. Give this a try and let us know how it works for you!
