Pro: Relatively quiet compared to most other microwave oven, and the "inverter" technology means that it didn't cycle on and off when using low power settings. Cons: Cheap in every way... Aesthetically, the uneven sides made it look cheap. Practically, it felt cheap and flimsy. The "door open" button was loose, the turntable made a racket while turning, the feet were uneven (I needed to shim one corner), and it showed every finger touch. After using it for a day, it was covered with fingerprints which were difficult to remove. I can't imagine what it would look like after a year. After a couple of days, I boxed it back up and returned it.

It was fine, until it wasn’t. Made a whining sound after 1 month of use and was dead the next day. Returning under warranty and hoping it was just a one-off lemon. The size is great for a small space. The child lock is annoying - it reactivated randomly - but that may be all microwaves these days. TBD on whether the replacement is better.

The glass turntable plate does not slot into the turntable because it was shipped with the incorrect part. This renders the microwave unusable, and the model number does not exist on Panasonic's website and there is no way to contact their technical support. I would never buy another appliance from Panasonic

I recently purchased this Microwave oven to replace an older one that was going bad and already I have seen an incredible upgrade in experience. Heating up my lunch, Re-heating food or leftovers is so much improved. No cold spots or overcooked corners. My daughter made nachos last night and they were absolutely perfect! We are hooked and would strongly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great Microwave or an upgrade from an older model like we had.

I'm so glad the microwave I thought I wanted wasn't in stock at my local Target. Not wanting to go home empty handed, I purchased this one instead. I love it. It's lower wattage than my old microwave but heats up in less time and more evenly. It's also really quiet when it's running. Very easy to set up and use.

I really like this microwave. the auto cook feature works surprisingly well and the rotary dial is easy to use. had it for 3 months so far and no complaints.

I bought this microwave oven for my daughter's dorm room. What a perfect size but without losing all the great features! I trust the Panasonic brand and know that my daughter will get lots of use out of this microwave when her mama can't be there to cook for her. The size is perfect for dorm rooms or small apartments. Highly recommend.

Easy to use, good smaller size, looks modern, but powerful enough. Hopefully it doesnt break too soon. But panasonics usually a decent brand.
