    have far stronger nails so must be working

    Have been using this now for around 6 weeks having 2 a day and have noticed a marked difference in my nails. They used to be quite brittle and break easily but are now far stronger. Even the manicurist noticed! Will give it longer for the hair but I'm quite optimistic. . .

    Amazed at the results

    There is noticeable improvement in my skin, it's radiant and smoother. My normally very dry skin looks healthier and hydrated. My normally dry/fine hair just looks much healthier, shiny and soft with more bounce . The biggest difference is my eyelashes, i'm amazed , they're the longest they've ever been and significantly fuller . The lashes at the beginning and end that are normally really fine are much thicker. Well impressed and i highly recommend

    Hair shedding greatly improved

    Been using for a while now (2nd bottle). I take one a day. Nail growth good. Wanted it more for my hair as since the menopause shedding a lot. This has reduced quite a lot so much so even my husband has noticed less of my hair about the house! So I would definitely recommend.

    SEVERE ALLERIC REACTION

    I have used many solgar products with no reaction. This product caused a severe reaction causing a bad outbreak and long term damage to the skin on my nose. I had visit a doctor for help.This type of reaction should be clearly advised in advance.

    I'm sure they're probably a

    I'm sure they're probably a good formula but I won't be able to buy them again because I find them too large to swallow. I've had to start cutting them in half but the then sharp edge doesn't help and I keep semi choking! They are larger than Berocca tablets (if that's a useful guide to anyone). I've never found that problem before. I still recommend the brand based on experiences of friends

    Good product

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking Skin Nails & Hair tablets for a good while now. I have always had problem skin, thin hair and flakey nails. I feel these tablets keep things the best they can be. Although more expensive, better results than shops own brands I have tried.
