Excellent humidifier for little girls!

We've had this exact model before, but it got damaged in a move, and so we decided to buy another one. Great as humidifier and night light.

Bought this for my daughter to put in her room. The humidifier is quiet and helped with her breathing when sleeping. The light is not too bright and perfect as night light on her side table.

A great humidifier and adorable!

We have used Crane humidifiers for awhile now and we're so happy to see that they carry a Hello Kitty one for our daughter's room! Not only is it a great humidifier but this one also acts as an adorable decor piece in her room!

Odor is a problem

I have 3 humidifiers in my house, all ultrasonic cool mist. I clean and sanitize them all routinely per user instructions, but this one develops a musty odor after the first use. My other ones take about a week for that to occur. Also, it's a bit tricky to refill without getting water splashed everywhere. I've used another Crane humidifier at work that I have the same problem with; I think it's just design. As for the odor with this one, I'm stumped. It's cute though and does what it needs to. I'm just hoping it's not putting anything "icky" in the air.

hello kitty is the cutest humidifier. i love using this both summer and winter time. winter when the skin gets so dry, and summer when it is so hot and allergies are at an all time high in our family. i love the way it mists and keeps the entire bedroom moist. it's perfect for our baby and for us adults too. seeing hello kitty always makes me happy. both functional and cute.

I got this for my daughter when she was a baby and we use it every day. It cleans easily, it’s quiet and provides enough humidity in the dry colorado winters. It’s also so cute!

It’s cute but kinda hard to clean thoroughly.

We’ve had the Hello Kitty humidifier for about 2-3 years now. It’s really cute. My daughter loves it. However, it’s pretty difficult to clean thoroughly. You will see the mildew and mold build up very quickly. Even after sanitizing with vinegar every week, you will see the build up a few days later. We started using distilled water and it helped keep it clean a little longer. Cleaning always seems to be the case with any humidifier, so it’s just a matter of how ocd you are to seeing some dirty spots. Otherwise, it does it’s job and it’s aesthetically nice to look at.

Its Cool

Its cute and does what it says it does. After reading the reviews i was a little scared to get it but I decided to give it a go. The directions say you should run the device on MEDIUM. Im guessing thats why so many of them stopped working so quick? Anywho, it works fine for me so far. Only thing I would say is that even on medium it uses A LOT of water.

Pretty bummed out

I was excited to get this 1. I LOVE Hello Kitty & I’m 46yts old! 2. It’s been so dry in our bedroom this winter. It worked fine and no mechanical issues with it but the mist only came out about 2inches from her ears & then proceeded to fall on the ground around it. In the morning the whole carpet area around Hello Kitty was wet. I returned to the store with no issues and will look for something that has a good flow of mist that goes into the air rather than falling to the floor. In other words not for me but may work for somebody else’s situation

So disappointed

It's cute but the first night the whole room smelled like melting plastic and then it stopped working. Motor is on but nothing comes out anymore. You can hear and see the water but no more mist. So sadly, this was returned. There also seemed to be a bit of excess manufacturing grease all over it so I cleaned this first but the smell was too much.

Large tank runs for over 24 hours

This is my second humidifier and I think it is much better than my first one (different brand/store). The tank is large and can run for over 24 hours easily. It can fit one of those silver nitrate "keep you tank clean" devices with ease. The light is a soft purple/pink. I am very pleased with this purchase.
