Effective from the first use
As someone that’s lactose intolerant, dairy heavy or dairy forward foods can cause me a lot of stomach pain. My husband convinced me to try lactaid and it literally worked from the first use! It’s easy to take with whatever I have t drink along with my food, and they come in easy packaging to keep in my purse or in a coffee table drawer at home. It’s been a game changer and allows me to eat dairy based foods again!

Hit or miss?
I’m only giving this 3 stars because when it works it’s fine, but other times it does nothing at all. I haven’t been able to figure out if it’s the timing of taking it, or if it’s just not always effective, but I guess it’s worth a shot, it won’t make things worse for you!

UNDISCLOSED SIDE EFFECTS
I have MILD lactose intolerance and took these chewables to help. I HAVE NEVER been this sick to my stomach. There is a sweetener that commonly makes people feel this way and is included in this product. DO NOT buy. I like many other reviewers am SUFFERING. I’m 20 min in and I am praying on the cold bathroom floor despite being an atheist. I cannot believe there is no warning label and no class action has been filed against this product. According to the literature (Reddit) I have at least a few hours to go. Any and all prayers are appreciated at this time.

These are perfect for my stomach symptoms. I can eat what I want without having to worry about issues with my stomach. The fast acting formula is easy on the digestive symptom. Works pretty well
Lactaid Fast Acting Tablets have been a lifesaver for me. I’ve always loved dairy but struggled with stomach cramps and bloating after eating anything with milk or cheese. These tablets work quickly and let me enjoy my favorite foods without the usual discomfort. I keep a small pack in my bag at all times and just take one right before eating dairy.
