  • A: I have been using this product for almost 2 years. It was recommended by my dentist. He diagnosed sjogren's and that prompted new and more aggressive mouth care. This mouth wash has no mint. While it tastes "funky" (I can't even describe the taste), it tastes just fine. It definitely performs as promised. All the best, ~W.

  • A: No it isn't mint. I like it and it's not real strong. I never could use the strong mint tasting ones. I put some in a small trial size bottle and just put some in my mouth after brushing my teeth for only 30 seconds. I'm just about ready to order another big bottle. I ho[e this was helpful.

    Don’t waste your Money on Biotene.

    After several weeks of using - continued Dry Mouth persists. I previously used ACT Dry mouth Nouthwash and it worked wonderfully. In this case, Biotene does not give my mouth a refreshing clean feel nor helps my Dry Mouth. My suggestion = Don’t waste your money on this inferior product.

    Not sure why I even have this a 2 star. I guess because it's a fresh mint taste. That's about it. I have dry mouth from a medication. This product lasts maybe 5 minutes. And it doesn't spray, it just kind of squirts. Gum works better. Waste of money!

    Stream, not “spray”!

    I purchased this product in hopes it would relieve my very dry mouth but am left with little relief. First, the “spray” is a stream and this makes it difficult to move the liquid around in the mouth, resulting in poor coverage. Second, the product provides little to no relief of symptoms. I am very disappointed in this product. Do not recommend.

It got rid of NY dry mouth too. However, the sprayer was like a direct shot in my mouth. I'm not sure if mine is maybe stuck/clogged, but I would've appreciated more of a mister spray.

I also use it as a breath spray since it’s so minty and fresh. It’s helps a lot and I use it before going into work as I’m constantly talking. My mouth isn’t dry anymore and doesn’t feel like sandpaper, even though I drink plenty of water.

It'll leave a stain like toothpaste. Small enough to be able to take on the go if traveling. Wife thought the taste was too minty, I didn't mind it.

    I have cavities caused by dry mouth. I use a CPAP at night, and wake up with dry mouth. I don't have to take the CPAP off, because I use nasal pillows. This product works wonders at night for me. Highly recommended

    Refreshing spray

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice product for me personally to have on hand. I like to keep this in my purse or in my bathroom. I do get dry mouth and I hate the feeling. Tis spray stopped the feeling of cotton mouth and it was refreshing to use. The bottle was durable enough and sprayed good. No nasty aftertaste which I was looking out for.
