We recently updated our packaging, but our formula and fragrance have not changed. Our product still contains Shea Butter and firms and tightens skin surface in as little as 2 weeks, with twice daily use, and provides 48hr moisture. We recommend this product for normal to dry skin.

WHY MESS UP SOMETHING THAT WORKED SO WELL

I have been using Nivea Skin Firming Hydration Body Lotion with Q10 for so long I can't tell you when I started . I'm just not understanding why you would change up such a amazing product. The new version is so bad I don't even know what to say. It is sticky and does not make my skin feel soft and smooth. The old version was wonderful made my skin soft and made the crepe look on my skin disappear. This is just heart breaking for us older gals that don't have tons of money to spend on fancy products that most the time don't work. Please bring back the old verson of this product. It was amazing.

It works!

I'm 69 years old, so I'm no spring chicken. This moisturizer has been a game changer for my skin. After a few weeks, my crepe skin was gone on most places of my arms and legs. There's still a bit of it on my under-arms but that's better too. It also makes my skin firm so that my varicose veins don't pop out on my legs in one place. No one is going to mistake my skin for that of a 30 year old, but I am very happy with the improvements this has made to my skin appearance.

From hero to zero

As other have said, they changed the formula (no longer has creatine) and it is so bad now. Leaves my skin feeling greasy and sticky even hours after application. Was a long time customer of this specific product but will no longer be purchasing.

Best lotion ever used!

2 years ago I discovered this lotion and have been using it since. As someone who struggles with dry skin, this helped so much, especially winter time. Even my own family ended up stealing this lotion from me and I ended up purchasing each family member their own bottle hah. It's been amazing, gentle and soft on the skin and very absorbing. Love the scent that's not overpowering but pleasant. This lotion is great for normal to dry skin and we have a mix of that in our home. 16.9 fl oz is excellent size that lasts a while. The pump bottle is easy to use and don't need much effort to get the lotion out. Love that it has vitamin c and 72 hour protection. Nivea you impressed me yet again!

Long time buyer, but disappointed

I have been using this lotion for over 15 years. I used a friends one time and I never turned back. I use it every time I get out of the shower and every time I wash my hands and it has been the best lotion I have ever found that actually does what it's supposed to. I have never needed to reapply within a short time like with other lotions that leave my hands greasy but don't actually moisturize. Unfortunately those days are over as this new formula has turned it into that type of lotion. Gone are the days where I can put this lotion on and go about my day. Now my hands and feet are dry, yet greasy and so I am going to have to find something new. It really is unfortunate because it was perfect and unnecessary changes were made to an already great formula.

The new formula is horrible! Thick, sticky, and made me so so itchy. The old one was perfect, cool, thin, fast drying not sticky and so incredible soothing. If they don’t change it back I will not be buying Nivea again. Sooo disappointed. Why did they have to go and ruin a good thing?

This new formula is thin and watery. I miss the old formula that was thick and creamy and kept my skin hydrated for hours. I’ve been using this lotion for over 10 years. As soon as my bottle is empty, I’ll be finding a new lotion. Such a shame to go and ruin a perfectly good product.

I’ve been using this lotion for over 10 years. Sadly, Nivea recently changed the formula. This lotion used to be thick and creamy. It’s now thin and shortly after applying, you can’t tell you have lotion on. Guess it’s time to find another lotion. Ugh.

Please bring back CoQ10 and Creatinine

The new formula with vitamin c is not good. I’ve used this lotion for over a decade and sadly I won’t continue using Nivea with this new formula because it doesn’t work.

I'd give it zero if I could. I have had little to zero results with this new formula. Bring back the Q10 and Creatine version! The smell, consistency, and results were 100 times better with the creatine formula.

Great at firming and making skin thicker

I notice a significant improvement in the skin on my body’s thickness and firmness. I highly recommend this product. I’ve tried all of the Nivea skin firming products and this is the best! It’s been hard to find lately. Hopefully it’s back in stock soon.

I understand that companies are trying to keep up with the times, but if you’re aware that consumers are enjoying said product and it works for them, why would you change the formula? That only guarantees customer loss, therefore profit loss for you the company. Goes back to the good ole saying ‘if it’s not broke, don’t fix it’ Nivea firming with Creatine has made my skin so soft and the extra skin from weight loss looks like a thing of the past since I’ve used this. The new formula does not work as well, it’s thin and watery. I’m quite disappointed. If I see this lotion in store that states creatine carnitine is added in again, I will purchase again. But until then, I’ll look elsewhere or create my own creatine packed lotion.

Nivea Q10

I wanted to try a different lotion so I picked this up. I absolutely love it! It makes my skin so soft and stays for days. My husband commented on how soft my skin is. I’m so disappointed I can’t find this lotion anymore. It now comes with Vitamin C. I wish they would bring this back. I’ve been searching all over it. Please bring it back!
