    As a makeup artist, I started out on Revlon, Cover Gira, and L’Oreal, great budget-friendly makeup brands. As for these Revlon lip liners, there’s no moving at all once it’s set; it’s not moving, and you’ll need a waterproof makeup remover to remove them.     Perfect lip liner

    I love these elevator lip liners because they are perfect for my backpack and travel. You don’t have to sharpen them and the formula is so buildable and pigmented. They last all day even with food and water!

    Ideal to use under any lipstick

    It’s my salvation so that the lipstick doesn’t move! What I like the most is that it is super creamy when applied, it does not pull the lip at all, but once it is fixed the duration is incredible. The coverage is total and feels very comfortable, it does not leave that dry feeling of other longwear eyeliners

    Color of product does not match packaging

    This shows up brown, I wanted it more berry colored like the packaging looks. The package showed shades it would coordinate with influencing my decision but it’s not even close to what I wanted. This is the second shade I purchased of this product that isn’t like the package depiction. I am done trying.

    Amazing lip liner

    I use this almost everyday! Doesn’t transfer and feels so lightweight. There is no scent to these lip liners. This is also not a lip liner stain either.

    Long lasting lip liner FOR SURE

    This is one of the best long lasting lip liners that I own. It doesn’t budge even after eating or drinking. Definitely recommend if you don’t want to keep reapplying your lip liner. The consistency is very smooth and easy blendable.

    Love this lip liner it’s my favorite. very easy to apply because the tip is so small and smooth. very pigmented and almost creamy. it’s easy to come off aswell but stays when you want it too!

    Good lipliner for the price

    Nice lip liner. I put this on in the morning and it stays on until around lunch time. I reapply and good for the rest of the work day. For the price it is a good liner.

    Would not repurchase

    Within a couple weeks of buying this the lid attached to the back of the lip liner and there was no way to get it out due to the mechanism of the lip liner. Without a lid it dries up and is unusable. I know this sounds like a user error, however its more to do with how the lip liner is made. Would not purchase again.
