The drops help moisturize but does not feel like a gel. It is more of a saline consistency. The Systane brand is much thicker and more gel like. I will be switching back to Systane.

Great Eyedrops
I really like this eye drops. I use them in the morning and they keep my eyes hydrated all day. I’ve been having issues with dye eyes and watering. These have helped a lot. When you first use them, they make your eyes blur for a minute or so, but afterwards they are great.

Blink's Bait and Switch
The packaging says that these are "gel drops". If there's any "gel" in these drops, I sure as heck didn't notice it. If you want or need actual thick, soothing eyedrops, I recommend the well-known GEL drops brand that begins with "Sy" and has 7 letters. There are two choices, both sold by Target. Gel nightime protection, which I haven't tried it, and the regular Gel . Even though these two come in a smaller bottle, at .0.33 oz it lasts just as long. As a result of it's better quality, you don't have to keep putting more drops in your eye as often. Just make sure that you're buying the GEL drops.

Great lubricating eye drops
Was given some by opthamologist and they are nice. Eyes feel lubricated and overall just way nicer than they did. They have a thick consistency at first and blurry vision for a minute but after that my eyes feel great so i got a big bottle. Definitely recommend.
