Q: How long do each of the warmers last before requiring replacement? I noticed mine only lasted twice.

Q: What is the fragrance on this one

You need to buy an Air Wick Scented Oil refill like Air Wick® Scented Oil - White Sage & Mahogany (Vibrant). This fragrance has an aromatic blend of pine needle, fresh eucalyptus, and white sage fragrance complimented with notes of warm woods and soft musk. We hope this information helps. Q: My air wick warmer fell over some of the oil had leak out around the top and the bottom. If i let it dry for 3 months, can i still use the warmer ?
A: Thank you for reaching out to us. The Air Wick Scented Oil Plug in will leak if plugged in sideways or upside down. When unplugged, keep the unit upright. We recommend replacing the plug in device with a new one if the oil has leaked all over the inside of the current device you're using. We hope this helps.

Q: I had unplugged my warmer sat it down. When i came back the next day it was laying on it's side and some oil had leak out. It's been 3 months, came i put a new refill in it and plug it in ?

Q: Do they light up or blink when it is time to change the oils?

Q: Does this model light up as the previous one? I don't smell anything and it is set at level 5. Thanks

It may be helpful to know that habituation, being constantly exposed to the same fragrance, diminishes the perception of the fragrance over time. We hope that this information helps! Q: What is the voltage for the 2 pin warmers/starter kit ? I would like to carry some to travel to Africa for personal use so this information will help me establish if our wall sockets will be compatibl

Q: are these safe foe pets (dogs)
A: While it is safe to use Air Wick Scented Oils around pets, like all air fresheners, pets that are sensitive to fragrances should not be exposed. Air Wick Scented Oils should also be placed in a well-ventilated area and used according to label directions.
