A: These wipes ruined my lenses. I just paid $250. for new lenses because the lenses had become foggy. I was told it's not the formula but the actual paper/cloth wipe that does the damage.

Q: Can these wipes be used to clean camera/dslr lenses as well?

A: Actually that's probably what their for. Zeiss makes their lens wipes for camera lenses and such but also markets them as for glasses, and these are EXACTLY like the Zeiss lens wipes.

A: No, these are NOT safe for glasses with anti-glare coating. These wipes have ruined the coating on my glasses and it's very noticeable.

They changed the formula. It’s overly wet, oily and leaves streaks. I know they’re a little cheaper but not worth it. Takes something that is supposed to be convenient and turns it into a hassle.

the white box were PERFECT. correct amount of wetness and cleaned glasses amazingly. new purple box is horrible! too wet and leaves streaks. waste of money. if something was amazing why change it?? i’m honestly going to miss the white box so much, they were the best glasses wipes on the market. THANKS TARGET FOR NOTHING :(

The new wipes are too wet. They leave streaks all over your glasses that you then need to wipe off with a tissue. The old wipes (white box) were the best! Bring them back!

These reformulated/redesigned box (purple box) of wipes are way too wet. The previous version (white box) were the perfect amount of wet. Cleaned quickly with no streaks. These new wipes are so bad. You have to wait for the wipe to evaporate a little before using otherwise it leaves major steaks. Or wipe streaks away with a different damp towel afterwards. Trying to wipe streaks with a dry cloth afterwards only smears the solution and creates a cloudy mess. Also the wipes are slightly smaller in size. The previous version was my absolute favorite and now I have to search for a new wipe. What a disappointment!! I hope Target pays attention bc nothing but bad reviews on the new version. If they remove the reviews from the previous version it’ll probably be 100% one star bad reviews.
