Awful new scent!
This was my absolute favorite scent! I have been smelling something horrible around the house and I had an argument with my husband because he said it was the cashmere Wood sent that I love and I said no it’s not there’s no way! Then I pulled them out, smelled it, and it was not at all the old scent and I threw them all away because it was making me gag and nauseated. Please go back to the old scent. I will not be buying the cashmere woods again, though I know that!

Frankly 1 star is too much.
Just bought your very umpleasantly STINKY Cashmere Woods automatic refill. GO BACK TO THE OLD SCENT. PLEASE. THIS ONE REEKS, like 25 year old Avon cologne. Smells like a funeral home trying to dispell the odor of CORPSE. Did a human smell this?? OLD FORMULA PLEASE. I do not want to sacrifice a pleasant smell for purported ling fasting fragrance. Who would want odour around for any length of time? Badly done, Glade. Badly done. Will not buy any of your products, nor will my friends who also enjoy this scent, until you return to the old formula. You are not the only air freshener company out there.

Scent changed!!!!
This is not the original scent! My brother has been using this scent in his office for years. He ran out of what he had and Suddenly it’s changed. Much sweeter and not the same at all. Glade please point me in the direction of the old scents so I can order them!!!!!! I’ve ordered two cases and they’re both wrong. I’m wasting so much money trying to get it right for him. 😭😭

Why did you change the scent?
This was my go to scent and I always do a big stock on it so I had plenty of the old scent on hand. I finally used my last one and just purchased a three pack of the automatic spray and I am SOOOOOO disappointed. I suffer from anxiety and this scent really soothed me. I cannot express my disappointment enough. Glade....you have lost a long time customer.
