We love these gummies in my house. They don’t have a fake vitamin flavor and tastes like you are eating candy. I usually only take 1/2 the serving size (1 gummy) and it puts me right to sleep. I never feel groggy in the morning either.

I tried OLLY Sleep for a week because I’ve been having trouble sleeping, and this is my honest experience. It made me feel sleepy about 30 minutes after taking it, but I didn’t sleep well through the night. I woke up several times and felt very tired in the morning. Because of that, I stopped using it daily. Now I only take it when I really need to.

You need to put a warning on your containers that contain L-Theanine. That supplement can interfere with prescription meds to control blood pressure. I had a very nasty experience after taking the recommended dosage of your sleep aid.

Only take if your trying to stay awake
This product doesn’t help with sleep, I tried it for three days and I’ve only got about 8 hours of rest. Now my sleep schedule is flipped around.

Olly is the brand we use and trust.
Olly Sleep is the sleep aid my husband and I choose. The reason is it is very delicious and it helps us fall asleep faster then any pill would. We trust all the ingredients that they put in the chewable. I have the packaging that is in a ziplock bag it works best for our needs. The price of the Olly Sleep chewable is very reasonable and for the two of us they last a month or longer!

OLLY sleep gummies delivers a unique blend of active ingredients that work together to calm your mind and promote truly restful sleep. The recommended dosage is two gummies about a half hour before bed and all I need is a half of a gummy. Within a half hour to 45 minutes I feel very relaxed and before I know it I'm waking up in the morning. No nervousness no grogginess just a good night's sleep waking up very well rested There is no bad flavor they are easy to chew and you don't need water although I take a nice sip of some after. Gummies are made with drug free non-habit-forming ingredients. I highly recommend as I often have trouble falling asleep and OLLY sleep gummies are the cure

Reduced L-theanine by half
I’ve been taking these for years. I recently restocked and they not only taste significant worse but they weren’t working as well at quieting my brain down. I still had my old container so I decided to compare…. Olly has reduced the amount of L-theanine in these from 100mg to 50mg per serving without disclosing or reducing the price. Such a bummer — will have to go find a cheaper/more effective alternative.
