    Please chechk that the bottle caps are sealed before packaging.

    I like the product, but I just recieved and the caps were on very loose and most of the tea tree oil had spilled into the packaging. This is the second time that this product has been shipped whit loose caps on the bottles and most of the essential oil was drained into the packaging.

    I ordered this item for pick up. When I received the product it was leaking and was a quarter of the way gone. I was unable to return the product. Everything I purchased had the essential oil all over it - smelly and sticky. I’m very disappointed in this product and Target’s way of handling this situation.

    Tea tree oil spill

    One bottle arrived with the lid loose and it leaked all over the other 2 bottles which were in the plastic bag!!! There was no packing around the 3 bottles… A big mess…poor packaging! This tea tree oil is a good product, it is terrible to receive it in this condition. I feel care was not taken to insure that the product arrive in good condition.

    arrived open and leaking

    Arrived open and the strong substance is difficult to get off of things you didn’t intend to use it on. I can’t tell if it had a safety seal or not before it was open and btw it is non returnable. About 1/10th of it leaked on my other stuff. Did not arrive in its own plastic bag like sometimes other liquids come.

    Does not have a safety seal

    I don't know how this works because after multiple replacements I have yet to get a sealed bottle. This is disgusting. If you are using this a antibacterial or antifungal or anti anything really, do not buy this brand. This unsanitary and disgusting.

    DON'T SHIP BOTTLES. YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PACK THEM.

    The bottles were not tightly sealed AND they were not secured in the inner box. The inner box containing the bottles broke open. The plastic pillows around the inner box were not secured around the box. The improperly sealed bottles spent their journey rattling around inside the shipping container, spilling about 10 ml of VOLATILE OIL all over the inside of the box and the packing materials.

    Do not buy

    Smelt like paint thinner. My boyfriend said this immediately upon entering the bathroom as I was rubbing it into my face. Not only was the smell abhorrent, my face immediately started burning and I had to re-wash my face to get this off ASAP. My face turned bright red/pink and was still burning multiple hours later.
