Terrible "improved formula"
I'm a long haired male and I've been buying this brand of shampoo & conditioner for several years, have been happy with the product. Not anymore with this improved formula. My hair does not feel soft nor does it help with tangles. The conditioner smells funny and it just doesn't do what conditioner is suppose to do. I'm very dissatisfied. It's terrible. I'm dreading having to continue to use the rest of the product.

CONTAMINATED
I have been using this product for probably 15 years so I'm very familiar with how it normally smells. I opened a new bottle and applied it to my hair and immediately noticed it smelled super strong like chemicals. I washed my hair again with a different product and could not get the smell out. I have some hair damage and my skin is burning from where it touched my face. If you read the reviews on their website, this has happened to a couple others as well. Lot code 48Z200.

I do have naturally pretty straight hair but frizzy. It does help with the frizziness. It’s nice that this product is available most retailer so easy to grab if ever needed.

Beautiful sleek hair after use
