    Flimsy containers, busted during shipping, TOTAL MESS and Target made me take back to the store for return/ replacement.

    Ordered 3 of these. Some genius in the shipping department decided to ship the flimsy containers with multiple other items and 2 of the containers broke. My package was delivered with everything inside covered or filled with chocolate powder. Even worse, target refused to issue a refund for any items unless I returned them to the store in the original shipping box!?! So now I have to take a box that leaked chocolate powder all over my house and put it into my car and lug it to the store? After this, I'm done with Target. I buy and order HUNDREDS of dollars from target, and theyre worried that im trying to con them into getting free hot chocolate, candy and a stuffed animal?!? Okay...

    Horrible after taste

    In the last month,I have noticed,,that the after taste is more of a coconut oil,and it does not taste delicious at all the higher price used to be because of higher quality,,,now it's just horrible,as a customer of 30 years,I will not be buying your product again.

    Not what it use to be

    Unhappy customer. We've been buying this hot chocolate for years. Apparently you've changed the recipe because it's not as creamy and the marshmallows dissolve. We'll be looking for a better product.

    New Container

    Love these new containers and the option tp use how much you want instead of by individual packets. However, These lids do not seal well. Must put container in a ziplock bag or different container that seals air tight or it will absolutely attract bugs.
