Q: If taking 2 Olly gummy Sleep will not keep you asleep through the night is it okay to chew 3?

  • A: After looking at the Extra strength sleep gummies they contain 5mg of melatonin each and the recommended dose is 2. I would say if you have these on hand and want to use them then taking 3 would only equal 9mg of melatonin(less than the extra strength) which is still a safe dose of melatonin.

However, individual responses to any supplement can vary and some people find they benefit from a lower dose of melatonin while others benefit from a higher one. We can not make recommendations beyond the label dose, however if you need more sleep support, you might consider the new OLLY Extra Strength Sleep. It contains 5 mg of melatonin.

  • A: Hello! OLLY Restful Sleep is formulated with 3mg of melatonin per serving (2 gummies). Full elimination of oral melatonin is achieved after 6-9 hours. Therefore, most people wake up feeling refreshed and rested after taking OLLT Restful Sleep and allowing for enough sleeping time. Individuals who feel groggy after taking may be more sensitive to the effects of melatonin and could consider taking half of the suggested dose (1 gummy). OLLY Up!

    If helps you fall asleep but it wakes me up easily and sometimes it makes me have nightmares. I take it when I can’t go to sleep but I hate that it disturbs my sleep easily.

    I work evening shifts and often have trouble getting to sleep at a reasonable hour. I will take either 1 or 2 and within 30 minutes I m asleep. Also not to mention they are delicious!

    I have really bad insomnia it worked the first 2 nights then did nothing after that. Would probably work best for someone who just has a hard time falling asleep but not insomnia issues.

    I’ve only tried one brand of melatonin and have never tried another! Chew 2 of these 30 minutes before bed, and you’ll be asleep in the next 10! I now sleep full through the night without waking up once, and they don’t leave me feeling drowsy in the morning. The taste is a plus too! A little treat before bed is always the way to go!

    Right off the bat these babes smell so good like lavender! I’m not one for pills so I get gummy’s and the texture of these are not to soft but not to hard. I take 2 before bed and they make me sleep wonderfully all through the night! You definitely need to try these

    Solid choice for melatonin

    I only go with the Olly brand for melatonin, the blend they use works great for me, I just take one or two gummies depending on how restless I’m feeling and it helps me sleep shortly after.

    I like this formula and am frustrated that both the adult and kids versions dry out to hard chunks before finishing the bottle. it has to be the packaging as ive never had this happen with other gummy vitamins.

    Absolutely love these compared to to Vicks brand ZzzQuil. I’ve always bought Vicks brand and just happened to forget my melatonin gummies at home so bought the Olly gummies at my local airport and these are soooo much better. After a good night sleep I wake up full of energy compared to Vicks melatonin. I could sleep more than the required hours and still woke up sluggish. Highly recommend Olly gummies !!! They also taste good! No bad aftertaste

    I will say these are apparently only 3mg of melatonin, but i am unable to tell because of how fast and easily I fall asleep on these. They have a great gummy texture and aren’t overly hard. They taste great, like blackberry! They also stay fresh for a very long time i have found out.

    I have been taking these sleeping gummies for about 2 years now. It is crazy how quick and well they work! Within 30 minutes of consuming, I begin to feel sleepy and can sleep throughout the entire night. I usually buy the 110 count for its value. The botanical blend ingredients make these gummies really tasty.
