  • A: After looking at the Extra strength sleep gummies they contain 5mg of melatonin each and the recommended dose is 2. I would say if you have these on hand and want to use them then taking 3 would only equal 9mg of melatonin(less than the extra strength) which is still a safe dose of melatonin.

However, individual responses to any supplement can vary and some people find they benefit from a lower dose of melatonin while others benefit from a higher one. Therefore, most people wake up feeling refreshed and rested after taking OLLT Restful Sleep and allowing for enough sleeping time. Individuals who feel groggy after taking may be more sensitive to the effects of melatonin and could consider taking half of the suggested dose (1 gummy). OLLY Up!

    Sleep in a Bottle

    This is the only sleep gummy that I like, it’s the perfect dosage without causing you to oversleep but it activates within 15 minutes so you can do some last min night routine tasks while you wait for it to kick in. I also like the flavour and the smell, very delicious! Almost done my 3rd bottle.

    Healthy sleep aid

    I have been having trouble falling asleep for years now but thankfully I found Olly sleep that has greatly improved my sleep. After around 30-40mins, I am counting sheep. I love that the ingredients are more of a healthy and natural alternative to other sleep aids and the taste is great. The value is totally worth it for a healthy good nights rest and i definitely recommended this for anyone having trouble falling asleep.

    I absolutely love the Olly Sleep gummies! I keep the individual packs everywhere, one in my purse, one in my nightstand, and a couple in my luggage since I travel for work. They’re so easy to have on hand! I also love gifting them in small gift baskets to friends because it’s become like my staple! The taste is actually good, no weird medicine flavor and the scent is pleasant! I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling refreshed!

    Works but they dry out fast

    These work so well and I love the taste but the packaging desperately needs a change. Every time I have purchased, the gummies get hard as a rock long before the expiration date. If this wasn’t a problem, i’d rate it 5 stars.

    Maybe you just need a higher dosage?

    While reading the reviews, I noticed no one mentioned that this product only has 3 mg of melatonin, which is probably why it didn’t work for me. For some people, 3 mg is too low to have a noticeable effect on sleep, so if you need a stronger dose for a good night’s rest, I’d recommend looking for brands with higher amounts. I didn’t realize it was 3 mg until after the fact so definitely take note of how much each brand you come across contains before purchasing and the reviews ofc!

    I have these every single night, and ever since taking them, I sleep through the whole night. I wake up the next morning, feeling refreshed and energized. And the actual gummy’s taste good!

    These are good. You can definitely taste the blackberry and mint flavors in these. I must admit that sometimes these doesn’t work effectively all the time. Sometimes I’m knocked out in 30 minutes and then sometimes it’s take a whole hour or so for me to sleep. So these are mild and aid in sleep. I know everybody’s body is different. But, overall just good.

    This is my first time taking melatonin and so far I’m loving it! Initially I didn’t think it was working but the more I was taking it the more I’ve realized how much my sleep has improved! Before, I would toss and turn all night, but now I sleep through it! The taste isn’t bad either which I think is a plus.

    Don’t waste your money 💸

    It’s just empty calories. The taste is like any other gummies. I did not have a better sleep, I did not even feel sleepier 30 minutes after taking them. So no, I wouldn’t recommend them and I wouldn’t be getting them again either.
