The strips are quite small and after leaving on for 60 minutes, which directions state, my teeth are quite sensitive.

Teeth chipped im now in pain after only one use
After using this, my teeth are now an extreme pain they burn, and I have never struggled with such pain, my teeth chipped away, and there is cracks in them now because of it, and this has never happened before. now there’s like white patches on them that kinda look like chalk it is horrible. Do not buy this, It’ll literally ruin your teeth.

We’d like to mention that the whitening ingredient, peroxide, is the same enamel-safe whitening ingredient dentists use for tooth whitening and is present at a safe level consistent with regulations. However, some users may be more prone to sensitivity than others and, as with any teeth whitening product containing peroxide, sensitivity or soreness may temporarily develop. Please be assured this isn't harmful. The irritation is temporary and will subside, and there are steps you can take to reduce this sensitivity and ease any discomfort. We suggest using our Whitestrips over a long period of time by waiting by waiting a day between applications or alternating between using an upper and lower strip. As well, remember to brush gently during treatment. It also may be helpful to know that white spots can be caused by a loss of water from the tooth enamel. The Crest white strips with the light is easy to use. It would be nice if the light came with a container to keep it sterile and clean. The light is made of silicone like material and can get dust on it.

Chemically burned our gums
My girlfriend and I both got chemical burns all along our gum lines after two uses. Neither of us have sensitive teeth or gums, etc. but after the second use we were in such pain and stopped using them. I saw the next day my gums were burned and white -like when you eat something too hot - and they peeled right off when I touched them. Healed after three days but man it really hurt. Never had a problem with any whitening strips before.

I have sensitive teeth and I think it really worked for me. It didn’t cause any flareups or pain or discomfort. I think the price is a little bit high, but I do think it’s worth it.
