Q: Is there a specific way to open this bottle? I keep twisting the dispenser but it wont pop open :(

A: The new bottles have this PROBLEM! SOLUTION: the dispenser has a small collar that isn't actually part of the main cap. Gently keep the collar from moving and release plunger/dispenser!

A: No smell to this soap. When I was pouring it into my dispenser, there was the tiniest bit of smell (so they haven't added any fragrance to mask the natural scent of the cleaning agents!), but I don't smell it when I use it, and it leaves no odor on my hands.

Q: Does this soap contain propanediol? The label and ingredients shown on the website include propanediol but the bottle I picked up in store (1/6/22) does not list propanediol on the label. Has the formula been updated?

I've been struggling with eczema flare ups and reducing the scented things I encounter in my life. This soap has been great! It suds up well and my hands feel clean after washing. The downside is just opening it the first time to use. You have to spin the little nozzle around towards the "open" side and I'm not exaggerating, I've been spinning the nozzle for 5 minutes and it still hasn't opened. The same thing happened on the last one I bought. Eventually the pump pops up like it's supposed to. But who has this kind of time?? My husband and I have both opened these bottles and had the same issue.

I like this soap and like that its unscented. But what is annoying is until recently they did not make refills in the unscented but they made refills for the scented ones. So every time I ran out of soap had to keep purchasing more pumps which was annoying. But happy they have recently changed that and made it available to have the refill bag. It's great because you can refill your pump and it refills 3 pumps too and the price is great!

The pump will not open on many bottles. I have to unscrew it and put on the empty bottle pump. Also, it is a waste of plastic to not offer refill bottles.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this at Target. We buy fragrance free hand soap and lotion due to sensitive skin and fragrance sensitivity. There is no fragrance (yay!) and the soap is a nice consistency- not too runny or thick. It lathers nicely and rinses well. I don’t feel any residue afterwards yet my hands don’t feel stripped of moisture. The pump works really well so the soap doesn’t drip down the side of the bottle or into the sink. We’ve used it for about 1 month and my family likes it.

Love this hand soap! It is effective and gentle on the skin. The only drawback is sometimes the pump gets harder to use when it gets towards the end of the bottle, like it’s getting too sticky or something, but not annoying enough to not use it.

Gave it 3 stars cause I wish they put more info in their ingredients list. I like that it doesn’t have a smell but I can’t use it. I’m allergic to citrus fruits. Using this soap I developed an allergic reaction. I usually don’t have a problem as long as it doesn’t say oranges, lemons, limes, etc. I’m guessing the CITRIC ACID (PLANT-DERIVED) ingredient is from a fruit. Just be careful if you are sensitive.
