It arrived without any packaging. There was no box. It was just left on the doorstep the plastic package as shown in the product picture leaving the entire pack visible as to what it was simpy making it so much easier to steal... also just wrapped in that thin plastic bag so no protection from being poked, ripped, torn, and having the paper absorb liquids and smells in the process. It makes absolutely no sense that it would ship like that regardless of which carrier delivers it. FedEx would destroy that in a heartbeat with the insanely violent mechanical sorting machines and sociopaths throwing the boxes at the general direction of the door they are attempting to deliver to. Scott brand paper never arrived like that. It's problematic without a box for multiple reasons. Would not order it again from here. Will just order it from Amazon or any other site where they actually put the box around it so you aren't advertising the item for theft or to have it ruined by elements. otherwise, it's softer than Scott... not the super thin one that's like tissue paper but the in between orange label one that's softer and thicker but not so much it clogs plumbing... have been using Scott for a really long time but this year for some reason it started to get really scratchy and rolls are smaller. it's strange how it's become so rough, not at all comfortable like it used to be. maybe different formula or pulp ratio. Charmin and others with all the extra soft claims are really weirdly thick...too thick, it's like using a thin T-shirt or one of those weird extra thick lotion facial tissues on your bum. Plus not interested in paying for something that's also so super thick it clogs the plumbing when people don't know how to use properly like Charmin does whenever someone is visiting. Will see how the family rates it but this seems to be a good compromise to replace Scott orange label.

Soft and strong. Doesn’t shred or fall apart when it’s wet. You don’t need to use half the roll in one sitting. Strong enough to wipe up water on the bathroom counter without disintegrating. Quality TP is worth the price difference

Cottonelle is one of my favorite brands for toilet paper. The toliet paper has a very soft texture. The paper is not too thin and it doesn't rip easily while using it. I prefer toilet paper that is soft and strong, and I get bother desires fulfilled by this type of toilet paper. It has no scent and it's durable for wiping and blowing your nose. I also like that the rolls last for decent time and I don't have to replace the roll as frequently as I do while using other brands. This toilet paper is soft, strong and dependable!

My husband won't use any other paper

This was our favorite toilet paper for the past few years. The last few packages we've bought seem much lower quality. Very linty (surprised be review below that says it's not linty.) Leaves little shreds of paper and white dust everywhere around toilet. It has become too soft! Sadly, we've had to move on to another brand.
