Super convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my biggest gripes about the Xbox is that the controllers aren’t rechargeable. This product helps to address this problem. They were easy to put right into the controller and charged up with no issues. It makes gaming way better, and it’s cheaper than constantly changing the batteries!

The best way to go.
I have bought many play and charge kits from many brands. Including the xbox branded ones. These have outlasted them all. Glad I finally found their company again.

Doesn't fit.
I bought a brand new Xbox Seris X/S controller and this charge kit. The battery fits in with a little effort. However, this kit requires using the included battery cover, and the tabs that are supposed to lock in the battery cover are spaced further apart than the slots on the controller, and thus can't slide in. You also can't use the controller's original cover because of the protuding section of the battery.

Does NOT fit Series S!!!!
False Advertising. Does NOT fit a Series S as noted. A wasted drive to Target.

These should come standard with every controller
These little things are great for controllers. This particular battery pack is decent, but I feel as though they don't last as long as they probably should. Compared to just normal non-rechargeable batteries in a controller, these are good because you don't need to buy new batteries. You just plug them in and game. I routinely get around 3 to 6 hours before I need to charge these battery packs again, which is pretty good. Overall, I'd recommend these simply for the fact that they're convenient and easy to use.

This ones came bad.
Not my first time with PowerA batteries. The first time I bought a charging station the batteries that came with the package did not last what I was expecting, but I dont know the lifespan of the product. So I bought the extra capacity batteries, the orange ones. Those lasted like 3 years. For me that more than enough!! Bought the charge and play package and batteries dont change completely. I have left them chaege for multiple hours to find out they are not really charged when I sit down to play.

They are easy to use ans just pop in and hold a great long charge. Definitely a xbox must have.

Not only are they simple to "install" (you literally just place them where your batteries go), but I absolutely loved the fact that the batteries could be charged while in the controller. This made it simple for my son to pick up his controller and press a few buttons to get the app up that he needed and he didn't have to wait for the batteries to be fully charged. Although we haven't had these for an enormous amount of time, we have had them long enough for me to observe that these Play & Charge kits take charging a whole lot better than the single batteries that we have used in the past. I couldn't recommend these enough for Xbox owners!

Easy to use, they charge fast & the charge lasts for a good amount of time!

I can easily swap between both of them and they charge and last a long time. They fit on my Xbox controller perfectly!
