I have the BD 30005 model and I cannot find a filter for the cup. I need a filter for the cup desperately.

It lasts less than a year
I bought it for quick cleanups, but within the next five months or so it started going downhill like the runtime would not be as long as it was when it was brand new I could not like turn it on with my finger dirt was getting stuck in the dust cup the opening is not big enough, and the suction is not strong enough for a house with a one year-old a 12 year-old a Labrador retriever a corgi an American wire hair and a tabby two cats two dogs, two kids dirt devil is good, but this one is bad though because back then when I had a dirtdevil upright vacuum. I loved it and then lasted me 7 years. I had it in 2017 and it broke down in 2024.

So far so good. Read a lot of reviews but haven’t had any of the issues complained about. Had a Dirt Devil prior to this one which lasted about 4 years. The lithium battery needed to be replaced. I looked at getting a new battery and it was cheaper to replace the whole thing. New vacuum charged up and has great suction. I use it to clean up litter that my cat tracks around. I am only using it on bare floors so I don’t know about carpet although it works fine on indoor outdoor rug. I like thss as t it has an on/off switch so you don’t have to hold it to use. There is an indicator light so you know when it’s finished charging and I got a long time out of a charge. If this one lasts me another 4 years I would be happy.

No power or suction unless its plugged.Biggest piece of junk dirt devil ever made.Save your money.Im going back to the best,blk&decker dust buster.

Stopped charging
This vacuum stopped charging, and I tried to contact dirt devil, they don't answer and seem to not care about the warranty. Don't waste your time thinking it'll be replaced.

Don't Buy
Bought my Dirt Devil hand held vacuum. Within 2 weeks it would not charge and I had to return it. Wasted my time and gas. Shame Dirt Devil used to be great products, not anymore. Disappointed

Simply the Best
I have two of these vacuum cleaners and I use them on a daily basis for all kinds of small cleaning jobs around the house. They are durable and easy to clean. No complaints whatsoever. I also use them to catch spiders so I do not have to kill them. :)

this product has very weak suction and I literally get 5-10 minutes use before it cuts out and I have to recharge, which takes quite a long time. and the way it's designed, there a part on the inside above where the dirt enters where the dust and dirt get stuck and the only way to get it out is to pry it out with no small amount of difficulty.

Don't waste your money
The suction on this vacuum is absolutely terrible. It’s the weakest and most disappointing vacuum I’ve ever had in my life!
