Q: The wheel inside the body is not turning after the balls are placed. I checked the batteries and the song is playing upon pressing the starfish button.

No replacement, works sometimes
My daughter loves this toy, however the whale does not always spin around! Yes I have replaced the batteries with NAME BRAND… still does it. Toddlers are good for losing things and I could not find replacement balls that work with it. Either too light that they don’t pop out or they are slightly too big and they get stuck.

Warning do not buy the toy is very delicate and will not last. The concept is great however toddlers throw toys around and this will not hold up. Very disappointed

NEED TO MAKE REPLACEMENT BALLS!
The toy is cute. Baby loves it. I can overlook the fact that the balls don’t always shoot into the opening even when perfectly aligned. BUT! Because of that, there definitely needs to be a way to purchase replacement balls. If anything, what a way to make more money since almost everyone here is complaining about that very thing.

Garbage
Just arrived. Kid is crying because the balls fly out everywhere but the tube no matter how it's lined up. Took 5 minutes to lose 1/2 the balls under the furniture. The other 1/2 won't stay in. Returning.

Popping Fun
My child likes to play with the balls, he is a little too young to understand the toy but seems to enjoy it so far! Sometimes the balls don't go into the slide part despite the tube being lined up but it still is a fun toy.

Fun but problematic
LOVE this toy! It's cute and the balls popping are so much fun! However, the kids like to stuff smaller toys/objects down the spout. If you can't reach them, you have to take the whale apart to remove. It has like a million mini screws. Unfortunately, after taking it apart once, the second time we just stopped playing with it.

Stopped spinning
This broke after a few weeks. Still plays music but doesn't spin. Nothing like an annoying musical toy that my son just screams at for not working properly. Yes, i replaced the batteries with name-brand... that did not fix it.

Doesnt last
Worked for a little while and was really cute but the motor that throws the balls out kept breaking and the toy didn’t last a year even. We fixed it at least three times before giving up on it.
