Perfect for Newborns
Great for at home or on the go, we used this for my nephew all the time. I also got a fashion variation for my son. It has a nice snuggly recline for the smallest of babies, folds up easy to put in the car, and has a sturdy base that can work on a variety of surfaces. I like that it's battery powered so you don't have to plug it in, and the toys are at the perfect height for baby to bat at. Or you can remove the toy bar easily.

Harmed my child
I'm uncertain what is wrong with this swing. my son has used this swing three times and each time he has an abrasion on his right inner thigh from the piping on the harness. I question the safety of this item or if we received a defective product. This item was purchased from my registry in hopes of having a light weight portable swing that could easily transport through my home and unfortunately it has caused him multiple injuries

Does not work
I received this brand new as a baby shower gift and it does not work. We put brand new batteries in and it still does not work. Very disappointed in the item.

What Battery Compartment?!
Advertised as battery operated - it's not. It's a USB connection that must be plugged in to an outlet. Not very "portable".

How to clean?
Works but kid needs to be larger to really fit. My largest issue is the documentation/cleaning. After a blowout I went looking for how to get cover off. Very difficult. And when it is covered in poop you really can't be handling he thing this much to take it all apart.

Disappointing
The stroller itself was cute and easy to assemble. The problem is that it does not come with a wall adapter to plug it in and there was nowhere to put batteries. According to the instructions and description online there should be a battery compartment. the specific swing I got was missing the screw to the battery compartment.

WHERE do the batteries GO???
I just bought this product and there is no charger cord and NO where to put un batteries. We have unscrewed every single screw and it takes NO BATTERIES. How do you get it to operate?

bad brand choice
i like the fact it’s affordable but it didn’t work- (the swing) however the music worked… and it’s weird because you plug it in a socket and still need both C & D batteries… (still didn’t work) im going to get my money back!

Broke after a year
I received this product for my first baby en 2021. It is lightweight, easy to use and to clean. My baby was so confortable. I kept it for my second baby, who was born in september of 2022, and after a few uses it stopped working properly. The rocking stops after 30 seconds even though my baby is less than 4 kg. I will not buy any more products from this brand.

Owl and the elephant are wrong way
Works long with standard battery, quiet operation, washable cover. Only negative is that baby cannot see smiling elephant and owl face because of design error.

Thank you for saving my sanity.
My bambino was just shy of two months when I purchased this. She went through a period where I had to always hold her rocking or she'd do nothing but scream and cry. Don't get me wrong I love holding my bambino, but I so badly needed a shower. This swing seriously saved me from ten gray hairs and lots of tears. She LOVES it! Its been three months and its still in perfect condition.

Poor quality
My newborn got one use out of this, the next time we went to use it the base kept scratching against the swing bar making an obnoxious sound every time it is used, waste is money. First and last time purchasing this brand.
