A: Hello Pamala. Tums Chewy Bites Assorted Berry Chewable Tablets are now being manufactured at different manufacturing locations in the US using multiple bottle types. There is a change in few inactive ingredients used, the appearance, and the shape of the tablets. However, there is no change in the strength or the level of relief the product provides. The old Tums Chewy Bites Assorted Berry Chewable Tablets contain isopropyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol and alcohol as solvent in the ink. On the other hand, the new formulation does not contain alcohol in the formulation. We recommend that you check the list of ingredients on the label prior to purchasing a product to make sure it's right for you.

There are quite a few per package. Cons The chewable tablets are HUGE/ When you are not feeling well, it feels very heavy and almost chalky to be have to chew and swallow. It made me feel sicker trying to choke these down. Also the strawberries and cream is not a flavor anyone wants when they are not feeling well- It feels like you were trying to eat ice cream when you have a stomach ache. I would suggest they use more of the tropical flavors from the classic tums. Also making the tablets smaller would help so it doesn’t make you gag to chew them.

I will have to keep these put away because they look and taste like candy. I love the chewy texture and creamy strawberry flavor. The bottle is really thick plastic and the lid is not super easy to get off, which is probably a good thing.

Easy to chew. Lid's easy to open. The only thing is they didn't seem to last very long it's a very quick soothe but I found that the discomfort from occasional heartburn would creep back up.

The texture is a little different from the original Tums as these are much thicker, but still has the same chewy center. They are extra strength so I noticed it to be very effective! Great product!
