I ordered this eyeliner and after my purchase was made I noticed my old address was on the order. I spent two days trying to get a live human to update my address before it was shipped to no avail. Now it has been shipped to an old address I have no access to . I will update my review if I get this resolved.

I live in SW Florida and have used this brand for quite some time, but I decided to order the waterproof eye liner a few months ago and have had constant issues with it bleeding and smudging. I think it's due to the humidity, because if I stay indoors, I have no issues at all. :( bummer, because I really like the tip on this, but I'll be looking for a different product that can stand up to the Florida heat/humidty without smudging.

I have been using this eyeliner very consistently for the last 7 years. I have very greasy skin naturally, and I live in a very humid area, and this product will last all day without smudging or smearing. It's worth the price and is the only eyeliner I would ever recommend.

I wrote an inital review about not liking this eyeliner, and I'd like to retract it. I cried for two hours today driving from Nashville to Atlanta, and my eyeliner DID NOT MOVE. It looks perfect. You cannot tell I was sobbing hysterically. This eyeliner was made for people like me. I don't think I've ever been able to recommend a product so highly before.
I've been using this eyeliner for 3 years...love it!

I used to love this eyeliner in brown. My past few purchases have been ridiculous. Dried out so quickly and impossible to apply. I should have returned them. Afraid to pay the money to try again especially with other reviewers having the same issue. Trying other eyeliners now. Stila go back to the original please!

I used to love this product and it was my go to, but this was the first time I purchased this product in about 10 years and it is not the same formula. This new formula is very sticky and patchy and it transfers and it is awful.

This is a great eyeliner, especially for the winter/cooler months; however, it's not sweat proof and will transfer. Doesnt bleed/drip tho and the applicator is perfect for me- but will fade over the course of the day, especially with perspiration.

I've been looking for an eyeliner that truly lasts all day. I had high hopes for this one because it applies so smoothly, and the color is very rich. Unfortunately, as the hours went by, it began to become very tacky, and my eyelids were getting glued to the upper part, making a mess on the upper lid. After the first time, I went back and read the instructions to see if I was doing something wrong and realized I didn't shake the pencil before applying. So, the second time, I shook it very well, but I had the same issue. Mind you, I work in an office with AC, so it wasn't because of heat or physical activity. Very disappointing.
