The Primo Water® Bottom Loading Pro 3 Temp Water Dispenser offers an upgraded way to stay hydrated with three temperature settings—cold, room temperature and hot—at the push of a button.   • A: We have 2 of the primo self sanitizing water coolers model # 601234. The diversions are the same as this unit. Our 5 gallon GLASS Mountain Valley water bottles fit beautifully with no promises. We get Primo delivery at home. Trying to find another machine model # 601234

Two that we know for certain are the brand American Maid brand and Glass bottles. The way the bottles are manufactured makes them incompatible with our dispensers due to the circumference and length of the neck. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

I would give it less than one if I could. It made all sorts of loud noise when first used. It actually cooled the room temp and did not fully cool the cold to cold. Door does not open effeciently and is quite difficult. Then within a month it kept showing empty when full and then the pump stopped altogether. It was a nightmare that didn't seem to end.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ We love the Load Primo Deluxe Bottom-Load Water Cooler Dispenser with 3-Temperature Settings - Stainless Steel. The price isn’t bad but the machine doesn’t last. This is my 3rd dispenser. We have to get a new one every 2.5 years (Primo only gives you 1 year warranty.) Target offered a 2 year water. We are a family of runners and go through A LOT of water. I purchased my last one Primo Dispenser from Target and it was delivered in June 2023. Around Thanksgiving we started having issues with it, it wouldn’t dispense any water. It appeared to be “frozen”. After unplugging and letting it sit over night, it started to work again but we could only get two of the three dispensers/spouts to work. Well as if this morning, it doesn’t dispense any water. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this machine. We are frustrated, this is ridiculous. Waiting to hear back from the manufacturer.

Poor Communication w/Target

There were problems that make this a very difficult review because when it came the top was damaged but I think it was a cosmetic thing butI could not get the refills to even turn the dispenser on because I couldn't test to see if it was working and if the damage internal. Communicating with Target was a nightmare they knew nothing about what was going on I had to really help me with the issue. communicating and have been listened to what the problem was just didn't get through to those that I finally got in touch with and each of youhave had problems with trying to get in touch with Customer Service. You're sent from one person to another and it takes days to get through. So I don't know if I evaluating the appliance properly because I've never really got to do anything that plug it up I didn't letit stay plugged up but a couple of minutes because I wanted to see if it at least was working that way. Which makes me think the damagewas cosmetic. Probably happened at the warehouse because the packaging looked very stable didn't have any dents or cuts in the packages it was just once it was opened.

Leaking like a water fall
