Expensive piece of junk

Do not buy!!! This is no longer available for a return. Just bought at the end of January and this air fryer did not even last 3 months. In that 4 months we barely used it bc it didn’t work right. Gives an error code just trying to start it. Paid a lot for this, now can’t return and left with a piece junk. Had a basket air fryer for 8 years and worked great. Not this one.

When first got this air fryer, we thought it was wonderful. In less than a year, the settings no longer worked. You could turn the dial, but it skipped options or would change the numbers the opposite way. Traded it in for a new one through warranty, and then same thing happened with new one just after the warranty expired.

Did someone say "House Fire"

So I wanted to like this. We got it home unboxed it and put it to work. After the first usage I realized a major flaw. The bottom and back wall is a thin piece of sheet metal or aluminum. That it just a thin piece of metal with absolutely no insulation or air gap. They expect you to place this on your counter top preheat and use. Say you want some nuggets and preheat to 450 guess what the countertope temp is under the air fryer? The heating element is also facing down and not up towards the food so all the heat is getting directed at the thin piece of metal. Will be returning.

Don't waste your money on this terrible machine. I had such high hopes when purchasing this machine, but it unfortunately could not deliver. If I could give 0 stars I would. I tested several tried and true recipes I've used for years amd each cooked ams baked terribly. This machine sucks the moisture out of everything and begins cooking the outer layer so quickly that it ruins all baked goods. On top of that, the manufacturer sells additional trays for a crazy amount of money. Don't buy this machine and waste your timre and ingredients like I did.

Great except the knob

Very badly made not very efficient and it’s very dangerous that the doors close on you when you try to get something out it also gets very hot all around so not very ideal. If you are cooking and some grease gets out the food it will leak out of the vent inside the air fryer onto the bottom leg. Anyways you can still return it if you don’t have the box just bring your receipt

I'm still not sure

We used the machine 3 times and were disappointed all 3 times the final time. The machine gave us an error message. We called the company and were told that it was overheating and that we should throw it away, they would replace it Which they have , but I haven't decided to keep it.
