When I purchased this item, I'd been dealing with some health issues that left my skin in terrible shape (redness, dull appearance, rough texture, dry, etc). But let me tell you, the first time I used this product, it felt like the heavens opened up, the angels started singing and a light beamed down on me. 🤣 I tested it to see if my face would stay moisturized for 48 hours, and it didn't disappoint. I cleansed my face with a gentle cleanser followed by a hydrating toner. Then I applied this serum. My face didn't feel greasy. A little goes a long way. My face felt so soft and hydrated. And most of all, the redness and dullness had greatly diminished. It has a creamy texture and is fragrance free which I like because I have sensitive skin. But I have to get back to the hydration. My skin feels so plump and smooth and bouncy and shiny. I've been using it for about 6 months and it's definitely a holy grail in my skin care routine. BTW, I'm a 55 year old African American who's currently going through menopause (if that's helpful to anyone). Trust me, if you try this product, you won't be disappointed. And it's very affordable.

For the last few months I’ve had this horribly dry, rough, red skin on both cheeks and on my temples. I just turned 50 and my skin is changing. I don’t have the time or money for expensive treatments at the dermatologist. No matter what I have tried - microdermabrasion, coconut oil, heavy creams - it would not budge. I have used Cetaphil body cream for a long time and didn’t even know they had a skincare line. I decided to give this serum a try based on the reviews but was skeptical. After just the first application my skin felt smoother, my redness was diminished, and my skin felt great. It is not greasy, absorbs easily into the skin, has zero fragrance. I do put a face cream over it, at least for now, but probably wouldn’t need to. I am really impressed but most off all I’m thankful. Getting older sucks and this helps give me confidence in my appearance.

I purchased this serum looking to increase hydration because in winter my skin needs to be more hydrated. Another thing I was looking for was that it had no scent so I decided on Cetaphil. The texture is quite creamy, but I feel that because of this, more product is used because it is not distributed as well as when the serum is more fluid. My skin accepted the serum very well, there was no irritation or breakouts. The price is very affordable. The absorption is not much, it leaves that creamy but not greasy feeling.
