This product doesn`t last.
Doesn't last. I bought mine 8 months ago and two days ago it stopped working, it only hums. It was fully charged. I left it connected overnight to see if that would help, but nothing. It just hums now.

Does the job, performs as expected
For a portable cordless Flosser, this model is pretty impressive. I find it offers a gentle yet sufficient force on the low setting, while medium and high settings are more than plentiful force. The quad nozzle is my favorite, the regular nozzle seems more targeted for a more forceful flush. I have a small mouth, this fits inside easily and I find it easy to use. The water container is small and often needs two fills for a complete job. Only concern is the plug, it seals fine for now. Hope the seal doesn’t weaken over time. For the price and ease of convenience, small footprint and mobility, I like it. It does the job! Spouse has one too 👍👍

Great flosser with one flaw
Great flosser. The control buttons work well. The pivoting head is good. The pressure is good. Bought this from another store but wanted to review it to help other shoppers. Compared with Waterpick battery models, this is a better made product. Also comapared to Quip flosser, this is better because the water tank is fully removable and you can clean it thoroughly. You can disasemble this flosser so it can dry completely which helps against bacteria or mold forming on its surfaces. The quip water tank is not removable and there is gunk/microbes forming in the crevaces over time. Some Waterpik water tanks are L shaped which also make some areas unreachable for cleaning. This is a superior design. The water intake tube is also weighted so it can draw water from the corners when tilted. Why did I take off one star? In the year 2025, OEMs should not be using propriatary charging ports for no good reason. Most battery devices are transitioning to USB-C. We do not need more cable garbage on this planet plus if you lose the charging cable or damage it good luck getting a new one. Hope EU regulators crack down on this like they did with the iPhone.

Great product No travel shutoff mode!
No power shutoff when packed for travel! So the Flosser 3000 goes off in my suitcase if the power button is inadvertently pressed while packed in my suitcase. I was hoping it would not set off an incident with the TSA. If there is a travel shutoff mode I don’t know about it. Maybe Phillips can show us that there is such a travel shutoff mode.

Very bad design and dangerous to use!!!
I struggle to use it from a day one. There is a small hole to balance pressure inside water tank but its so small that it gets cloged all the time or I naturally keep my finger where hole is so irrigator not working propetly. Bad design. But this is not the main problem. Main problem is that after using it for about 14 months It almost set my house on fire. I plug it to Anker charger and 1h later heavy smoke trigger my fire alarm. I found this thing makes a lot of smoke and please see pictures below this is how it looks now!! Dangerous Product!!
