The Combination Particle + Carbon filter protects against both gaseous and particulate contaminates. For optimal performance, replace the filter about once every six months when used 24 hours a day.     The easiest air purifier

    I love the simple on button, 3 speed fan on my 411 air purifier. I have had this since 2020 and it is still going strong thanks to the red light alert to remind me it is time to change the carbon filter.

    High Quality Replacement Filter Subscription

    I replace the filters in my two 411 room purifiers on a regular subscription. It helps to a have a spare set of outer prefilter covers to make changing effortless.

    Works great

    Toxic chemical smell

    Blueair used to have good filters without toxic chemicals on them. And they have decided to now start putting some kind of bad smelling chemical on the filters. I have filed multiple complaints with the company. Yet it seems to be all of the filters now no matter which type it is. And I’m very angry because I have a bunch of these machines and can’t replace any of the filters.

    Pure clean

    It seems to doing its job and works well . After a while the motor gets louder and starts humming , sounds like it may be dying soon. But it does purify the air and I can tell a huge difference. I just wish it had low, medium, high adjustments. It only has low and high . I don’t want to keep turning it on so I just leave it on in my bedroom and the room smells fresh at night

    Filter does not fit

    Ordered filter for my Pure 411. It was too large and did not fit snugly. I have ordered these in the past with no issue. Waiting for a replacement. Hope it fits properly.

    Decrease in quality

    At some point BlueAir changed their filter and I’m not pleased with the change. They significantly decreased the quality and amount of materials used, specifically in the black piece of the filter. If you’re going to use cheaper material, the price should be cheaper.

    Love Hate Relationship

    I’ve had two of these for several years. They work well, clean the air after cooking, vacuuming, etc. and the filters are dirty when I change them indicating they really do work.However, they really need to rethink the power button and indicator lights. My change filter red lights never go off, even when the I’ve just changed the filter. Even more annoying is there’s no feedback on the power/fan button, you have no idea if pressing the button is doing anything. No different feeling or light. Eventually after pressing many times it shuts off. I no longer attempt to turn it off when I change the filter, I just unplug it so it hopefully stays on the same setting.
