Always Pure Cotton with Flexfoam menstrual pads have been dermatologically tested, and approved as skin-friendly by the Skin Health Alliance, an independent organization led by dermatologists and scientists. Just okay
I didn’t like these as well as just the original standard always pads. Honestly, I was attracted to the packaging and that they’re from the always pure line. I don’t feel like they’re as comfortable or absorbent as other always products.

Finally, a Breathable, Non-Synthetic Option That Actually Works!
I’ve finally found a pad that doesn't feel like plastic! I love that these are Pure Cotton—it’s so much better for your body than the synthetic materials in other brands. 9/10 - ALWAYS PLEASE READ THIS
I love these and use the sizes 1-3 depending on the day. The ONLY issue is the way to tell the sizes apart is hidden in the design and not in the same spot on all individual pads so I have to really search hard for the number when I pull them out of my purse. PLEASE make the numbers/sizes easier to see (like Kotex does with the liners- different color words for various sizes/styles). I will be forever grateful.

Bad shape leaks
I really like the flex foam. But - why is the pad so skinny and short in the front? If I reposition the pad more forward, then the wings don't fit correctly. It literally causes stains in the front area.

They Fall Apart
I love Always flexfoam and have used them for years. I was happy to see a pure cotton version and decided to try them out, but I will not buy them again. They fall apart quickly and leave white fuzz everywhere - all over your underwear and stuck to your skin. I'll finish the box I have so I don't waste them, but finishing them can't come soon enough.

Pure cotton is the way to go
My favorite pads ever! Yes they are long pads and they make me feel secure. They are leak proof especially on the heavier days. They absorb great and are breathable.

These pads felt like a cloud on my private. I’ve had this pad on for a good year. Yes it stinks but it’s never leaked. I highly highly highly recommend. If you if you don’t wanna buy pads over and over, just keep the same one on. This brand is very good.

Greenwashed. Only the top is cotton. The rest is plastic. Not as healthy as advertised. Also it twists and curls when wearing increasing the chance of spillage

For your healthy vulva
The best pads i ever used. No chemical, or harmful ingredients just pure cotton. Since i switched to this pads i don't have any infection down there anymore. The feeling on heavy is not as gross as before. There is no words to describe how good this pads are. Best purchase ever. Hope you're all get yourself what you deserve for your vulva health.
