    Recived a completely wrong item that is completely useless to me!

    I ordered a 2 wheel kids kick scooter on Target website. When I received the package, the TCIN on the shipping box matches the TCIN listed on the website. However, the actual item inside the box turned out to be a kids balance bike. Shocking to me that the seller/manufacturer could have such poor quality control on packing/shipping their product!

    Screw fell off

    The screw that allows the handle to be folded down came loose after a couple of weeks of riding and fell off. We did not fold down the handle so the only conclusion is that it came loose from regular riding. We went to a hardware store and couldn’t find a replacement.

    Very poor delivery

    First, the box was messed up and you could see someone repackaged the scooter even though it was obvious one of the wheels was totally busted. I will be returning it to Target store because I do not think I should have to send through mail. Very disappointed!

    Great Quality Scooter

    My daughter loves this scooter. She is almost 10 years old and the adjustable handle bars mean she will be able to continue riding for a long time. The wheels didn't seem to light up at first when I tried to turn them with my hand but when she rode it for the first time we discovered you have to have a little speed (or maybe weight on the scooter?) to light them up. I am very pleased with this purchase!

    Smooth scooter

    So far, everything has gone smoothly, without any assembly. It rides smoothly, is easy to fold and carry, and children can crawl on the sidewalk edge when sliding, which is very stable. Nice scooter.
