How to do soap brows:
Step 1: Slightly bend the spoolie of your Brow Lift Applicator, then dip into the Brow Lift gel.
Step 2: Brush the spoolie through your brows directing hairs upwards and outwards for a fluffy, lifted look.
Step 3: Use the spatula end of the Brow Lift Applicator to flatten the brow hair in the same direction for a laminated look that stays put.

Q: How does it compare to elfs other laminating gel (that comes with spoolie end)?

  • A: This does NOT dry and stay put. Is has a wet/waxy feel all day so it can be messed up. It does put most hairs in place but if you’re like me and have fairly thin brows (mine have been tattooed as powder brows) I prefer something that will hold the hairs down against my skin and in place. This did NOT do that.

    I understand this is a gel but I expected the gel to dry…it doesn’t. It remains sticky so if you touch your brows you will have gel on your fingers. I don’t want wet sticky brows I wanted it to hold brows in place…disappointed. Also, it does NOT come with a spoolie even though the listing shows a spoolie. Disappointed !!

    This is a terrific brow pomade for the price. As I’ve reached the bottom of the pot, the product is a bit more liquid, but it’s still working. Probably had this pot for at least a year and a half! I like that I can dab it on the back of my hand and use my fingertip, a spoolie, or a little spatula to get the look I want. It takes a minute to dry, so you can adjust the “lift” until you like it. ELF sells the spoolie/spatula applicator as well!

    If you want a GOOD brown lift this is the one. It will lift your brows, but it’s not my thing I don’t like my brows lifted too high.
