The most complete teen vitamin I have found and the best part is my teenager is not complaining when taking it. Is a descent size pill to swallow. She has been taking it for 3 months and she definitely has more energy. We are very happy.

My teen has liked these vitamins so far. They didn't like the taste of some of the gummy options out there and I'd prefer they didn't have the extra sugar anyway. So if your teen is OK with swallowing pills, I think these are a really good option.

My 12 year old eats a lot of junk. I bought him the teens fermented vitamins to help replenish. H3 had lost some hair since covid & we had a hard time growing it back. I noticed 2 wks after that his hair was coming back in. I am definitely ordering again.
