    Buyer Beware

    This mug does not consistently keep the temperature you set it on. I've contacted customer service and have been doing so every week for the past month through emails as this is the only way to communicate with them. They want all this information like serial numbers, your address, and pictures. They want confirmation you tried the recommended trouble shooting tips. This is all AI generated responses. They tell me that they understand my frustration and will "escalate your inquiry to the appropriate team" . There is absolutely no customer support so if you miss the return window you are up a creek.

    BUYER BEWARE

    Mug started peeling and I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer service for weeks now and Target also won’t help because it’s an expensive item so I just lost over 100 bucks.

    Terrible software

    The app makes this mug just an overly priced cup. The mug does not fit in standard cupholders. The app is supposed to make this self heating mug 'smart' but is never able to connect so useless.
