    Same Problem As Every Other Review Here - The Charging Pins!!

    Come on EMBER you have a great product but you KNOW this is a design FLAW. FIX IT. Instead of manufacturing something built to fail you'd sell more with a RELIABLE product! I'm thirty years in sales and marketing and sell to some of the largest retailers in the country. I speak up when I see room for improvement. If you haven't corrected this obvious issue by now (just look at all the negative reviews here and this is just ONE retailer) I suspect it could be deliberate to sell replacement bases. Is this what you want for a reputation? Come on tech guys you can do better it's literally what you do.
