A: That's a great question. We do have boxes that have both refills and pop tops in it for the Sensitive Wipes. The box of1008 will have both refills and pop tops in it. The box will say if they contain refills in them, and on the picture of the box will have the lid visible for the pop tops. The ones that you can't see the lid will mean it has refills in it too.
