    White hard chunk

    Some of these reviews are scary I have been taking these but I recently noticed they are lower quality and I found a white hard chunk that I thought was sugar but it wasn't and some of them were squished and like glued together and the rest weren't so I know it wasn't a heat issue and with all these other reviews that are so scary I'm not buying these anymore....

    I like these

    I think that they taste kind of like a tootsie roll,when I first start to chew them and then it goes to like a sour patch kid haha kind of sour.I cant swallow pills and so my whole life I’ve had to chew them.They taste way better than other medicines I’ve had to force myself to chew.Im glad that gummy things exist now. I also want to add in that these help out so much,with my restless leg syndrome,at bed time.

    These have maltitol syrup which causes gas, bloating and possibly diarrhea.

    I look forward to taking these at night bc they taste so good! At 100 mg per serving, they offer a low dose of Mg that my body needs. They help me relax in the evenings & get a better night's sleep than before I started taking them. I would definitely recommend these.

    If you dont mimd your last food to be something sweet.

    It is sweet like people have said, especially if it’s the last thing you eat at night. I tried to take them with trail mix but even then the sweetness is strong. I’m going to stop taking these because they make me extremely gassy. Even taking them with or without food.

    Sugary yummy soft

    I have adhd and take stimulants my doctor suggested I take magnesium. I only take gummy vitamins as I have a super sensitive tummy. And these r freaking delicious. Yea they are super sugary , lik ridiculously sugary but honestly I love them for that and the texture.. it’s lik a delicious sugary gummy soft treat . I enjoy the taste and look forward to taking them. These only have a small amount of magnesium so I’d have to take quite a few to get the 400mg my doctor suggested ,the sweetness makes that to hard . So I take 1 at breakfast and 1 at dinner with my other meds .. I will continue to buy these.
