Q: Is this good for sensitive skin? Using regular Schick or Gillette sensitive skin razors and I still get ingrown hairs and red rashes

  • A: Yes. I have sensive skin and get the same issues you do. The series 7 is so much better than useing a blade. I've since upgraded to a sereies 9 and its even better!

    Not worth this much money

    No difference from any other cheaper alternatives. It doesn’t cut clean at once, and worrying about skin damage. Neck area is the most difficult part. I will try a few more times.

    Do not buy

    This shaver is horrible. It doesn’t cut the hair and cuts my husbands face. He has been using braun for 15yrs and never had an issue till this razor I would not recommend at all.

    Annoying

    The cleaning solution somehow got super dirty -- went from being clear to murky quickly. Anyhow, you have to apply a lot of pressure and go over spots multiple times just to eliminate hair. The biggest problem, though, is that I first was able to take my time and get the hair off without any issues, but now it pulls my hair and it hurts! Very disappointed.

    Honestly really great

It's got great battery life and a really nice charger with an auto clean feature. I don't find the need to go over the same spot 3 times since it's precise enough to get it on the 1st pass. I don't have sensitive skin but it does itch less when I shave. All in all it's pretty quiet aside from the auto clean function

    Fantastic shaver that I used as a replacement to my last Braun model

The cleaning and charging station is newer sleeker, and quicker leading to better battery and stronger shaving when I need it. My skin has felt smoother and had an easier shave with this newer model than the older one and this new model is a bit quieter than my last one. Highly recommend.

Overall very close shave with little effort or having multiple passes. It’s much quieter than my previous model and I love the charging / cleaning station. I freaking love Braun shaver it’s my go to. I can not shave with a blade I would subbed from a severe out break of painful razor bumps. This here changes everything I get that close shave with out the pain. If you shave with a blade and think razor bumps are a thing you have to live with I’m telling you now drop it. Buy this now it will deliver the results you deserve and not irritate your skin.

I really like the self cleaning feature and I haven’t had to replace the cleaning liquid yet after a month of use. The shaver shaves really cleanly and runs smoothly over the whole face.
